Exceptional

This is a lovely place to stay. Everything was great. We booked dinner and was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here and if we are back in the area again, would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed it.

beautiful location and views. Lovely breakfasts. Hope to be able to return one day. Just sitting on the porch looking over the the sweeping garden to the ocean view was great.

Very good

The location is just beautiful, and access to PEI is easy. The grounds are really beautiful and very well kept.

Staff could be a bit more accommodating and helpful, but not too bad.

Beautifully landscaped waterfront property offering great accommodations

Beautiful property located right on water's edge. Small beach allowed for a relaxing and peaceful day in the sun. Mary was a good host and the breakfast she served was delicious! Considering the quality of our breakfasts, we regretted that dinner was not available the nights we stayed.

To be exceptional: One of the two bedside lights is broken while the brightness of the bulb of the other (working) bedside light is violently bright, Toilet seat is loose.

The grounds were beautiful. Food was outstanding as was service.

Some of the doors wouldn’t close. Window in the room was stuck open and the A/C was loud and poor. The wi-fi was slow and intermittent.

Love it!! Love it!! So relaxing.

The bed is gigantic and so comfy. Jet tub always nice to relax in and the kitchenette made it easy to accommodate our own personal "cocktail hour(s)". Great view, chill atmosphere and a pleasure to saunter the grounds. Mary is a treat and you can obviously tell she wants you to really enjoy your stay. Have been there twice and will return.
