Matthew at the front desk should seek employment at a nicer hotel. He would do well.

Two positive things. Easy access to everything in the surrounding area, and Matthew at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant.

The whole place had an odd smell. Our TV didn’t work at all, microwave and air conditioner intermittently worked. It appeared there was no cleaning service. Bags of trash outside many of the guest rooms. Dead roaches in the halls. Many people, both guests and vagrants, obviously under the influence of drugs, roamed the halls at all hours of the day and night. Many rooms were passed had occupants shouting at each other. Our room wasn’t what I would call filthy, but it definitely wasn’t clean when we arrived.

Location

Shades were detached from the ceiling. Carpet was wet around the AC. Room smelled musty.

Perfect

Staff was very friendly, room was clean check in was smooth and easy location was great close to everything and every place I needed to go

Only thing I could Sat could be better is the breakfast it's not bad just need more variety of food but what they had was good

An oasis of cool comfort after days without electricity.

Felt like your were not near the busiest retail corridor in Tulsa. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Trying to navigate the road back to it and few parking spaces. Sharing the ‘driveway’ with another motel.

Nice room, bed comfortable.

Room needed servicing. Did not see the small writing on the mirror in the bathroom to notify front desk. Was rather disappointed. Bathroom needed mopped and needed fresh towels. Wanted a fresh bed to climb into after a long day. Was rather aggravated.Had to have keys renewed to work. Just a disappointing visit. Breakfast cold.

Beware of the little critters

The location was a central location

The roaches, ants at the continental breakfast, the staff was rude & they gave a lady my room key while i was there in my room,

stay was ok but if I stay there again I would inspect room first for bugs before I unpack.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

there were bugs running on the floor in the bathroom, in the tub, and saw one or 2 running across the wall in the bedroom. not much choice for breakfast.

kinda run down for the price. I hated to have to pay extra for AC. That was a new one for me. How can you stay in locked rooms with no AC??

Was an okay stay, but not sure if we will stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. Bed and linens were good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Carpets could have been vacuumed a little better. There was quite a bit of crumbs(maybe) on the floor next to the beds. Bathroom floors could have used a good sweeping also, especially up close to the walls and doors.

Great quick stay.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable. But the pillows were great.

Based on our experience at this hotel, Comfort Inns are off our list.

The location was close to restaurants.

Found a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The floor we stayed on smelled horribly like fish. Several rooms had trash piled outside the rooms. Breakfast (at 8 AM) had no eggs left, no coffee in the dispensers, no attendant to be found. Counter tops in the breakfast room were slopped on by spilled food and creamers.
