We had a fantastic weekend getaway and the Joule is positioned perfectly to chill or set off on any adventure Dallas has

Staff is amazing, very attentive and warm. The property is gorgeous, downtown city atmosphere with a boutique feel.

The cabana service should be run in house.

Totally unimpressed. Very overpriced.

Staff and service, rooms without coffee makers, homeless “park” next door, overall vibe, bad smell in the lobby, coffee bar downstairs had a very limited selection, pool deck was dirty

I know it sounds like a spoiled guest but being in a 5 star hotel requieres special requests from thier guest a milkshake on room service is nothing that hard to comply sadly they don't have milkshakes for BB meal or dinner

The Joule was fabulous. The hotel, staff, and location made our stay perfect and relaxing.

The staff was more than willing to assist. I had not requested a handicapped accessible room yet the staff was able to immediately assist in changing in our room.

fab location and most staff great. rooms wel equipped and comfy. we were in a 51 sq ft king.

location. service. roof top bar cocktails great. can use fridge for own drinks if you want. comfy beds. well equipped rooms. check in easy.

CBD cocktails and food not very good. basement bar smells of drains. we were in room 746 and they holds weddings directly below windows with very very loud music. they have a licence up to 10am for events in this space. they gave us some credits for food and parking but was not enjoyable as we wanted to get to bed early.

Above and beyond a 4 star experience!

We got stuck in Dallas due to an ice storm and the city shut down. We barely made it to the hotel as the road conditions got hazardous very quickly. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We had spent a week traveling already and were headed home with bags full of dirty clothes. They do not have a laundry service, but got housekeeping to wash clothes for us (enough for 3 days). The city was covered in ice but the wonderful valet manager grabbed our hands and walked us to a restaurant that was open so we could eat. We also ate at the hotel restaurants (excellent food) and had room service. 10/10 recommend everything from food, service, cleanliness, and staff. I suspect the hotel staff was stranded there too, but were all smiles after not being able to go home for several days.

While the food and service was excellent, the 19% service charge on everything (even bringing a pizza up from the restaurant ourselves) was a bit much.

All of the staff from the moment I exited my vehicle were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. the room was very comfortable and inviting, I felt at home; not as if I was in a hotel.

I have no complaints or shortcomings to speak of.

This place really embodies customer service and class. I've stayed in several hotels in Dallas and this place has become my all time favorite. From valet, to room service, to in-room dining, to housekeeping you will be hard pressed to find anything negative about this place. You feel welcomed from the time you greet the folks at the front desk. In a day and age where finding excellent customer service is difficult this hotel restores your faith. Kudos to the owner and management for a truly top notch experience. The hotel is quite lovely too. I really love the huge bathrooms and showers. Rooms and beds are cozy, comfortable and most importantly QUIET.

Nice staff, but the pool was closed which was a huge disappointment, we would have moved if we could

The pool was closed but we were not informed about this at the time of our booking and yet the open air pool still features as the most popular facility on Booking.com and is listed twice on the Booking.com main hotel description. Other hotels in Dallas still have open swimming pools - the Omni and Hyatt.
