L’emplacement est plutôt pratique, le parking bien que le stationnement soit cher.
Le service est minimum et nous entendions énormément les bruits de rue.

Centrally located so convenient for exploring San Francisco
No kettle and lighting was difficult to use.

Awesome game room that is open 24 hours a day, tasty morning chocolate croissants at the cafe
We didn’t realize you had to go to the lobby to get ice, not the best smelling in the hallways, would have been nice to have some info about the hotel in the hotel room. Or let guests know when they check in where fitness room, ice and are, etc

Dangerous area/ warnings from staff about safety.
Room was clean but bad smells from plumbing.
Poor general etiquette from staff/ low levels of professionalism.

Nice boutique hotel, great location, great plsce place to stay with family.
Hotel was short staffed and it would have been nice to know prior to check-in that their game room would be closed due to a private party.

the noise, I was first floor on the street.

The whole vibe of the place is great, and the rooms are very comfortable.
No bidet in the bathroom. The design of the bathroom was also very aesthetic, but that made it hella cold.
No restaurant for food and even stuff like cocktails is a bit tough too.
Our room also had one side with no working plugs.

Location was amazing, staff let us check in early and check out late with ease so very accommodating. Loved the chill area in the lobby and games room.
I was staying with my colleague and you could see through the gap in the bathroom door to the toilet and shower, fine if you are with your partner but not great if you don't want someone seeing you in the bathroom. Our room also had a faint smell of cat pee but was otherwise fine.

very cute property, used the cute gym as well
the check in staff was hit and miss

Staff were really nice - when I kept running into issues at the hotel, they upgraded me to a king suite for free to try and help compensate.
The rooms are really dark (e.g. barely any light at all even on a sunny day) since the hotel building is completely surrounded by high rises. Wi-Fi kept failing during my entire stay - the server completely went down one morning, and even when it was back up, kept kicking me out every thirty minutes or so. I had lots of early morning calls for work that were disrupted, and it made working out of the hotel impossible.

The hotel was cleaner and newer than I expected. There was little sign that it was an old place with a fresh coat of paint. A nice refuge from the chaos of the Union Square zone.
I was frankly disappointed there was no microwave in the room -- or even in the whole place when I asked at the desk. On a work trip, I like to zap a meal sometimes. I consider that convenience essential.

The hotel has a nice central location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel also has a nice look and feel.
