I would stay again, but would look for ants before accepting the room

liked the accomadations alot........ but there were ants in the room. I opened cookies.... and the ants showed up in 10 minutes.

I will be back here or one of your other locations.

Breakfast was great, location was good a little tricky at night, very accommodating and comfortable

Will definitely stay here when I’m in the area again

With had 9 rooms for a funeral, a couple of rooms needed special things ie: crib in one. Katerina, I hope I’m saying her name right, worked hard to get everyone what they needed. She did an exceptional job. She was an excellent worker.

I can’t say anything bad. The breakfast was also better than most hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed having bonefish grill attached. Didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner. Are and walked out to go to our rooms

Great location. The best staff.

Only one elevator on side of thr hole way.. The entrance door from the parking lot, the one closet to our room, could not be open from the outside.

Convenient location, pleasant rooms, good bed

Unfortunately there was a large group of noisy young people who weren't adequately supervised. They seemed utterly unaware of other guests and were very loud in the hallways into the late evening. It was after 11 pm when some adult, maybe a hotel staff, told them firmly to stop hanging around the hallways. It made for a less than pleasant & quiet evening in our room.

Breakfast was great.... Gym was well equipped --several treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, boss, Swiss ball....

--attached to a Bonefish grill so there was not really a lobby where we could meet for drinks etc without going into the bar --AC --set way too cold and even with adjusting it room went from stuffy/hot flash inducing to cold air blowing right at the bed several time each night

A clean, conveniently located hotel in northern New Jersey near major highways.

It was convenient to have the hotel in the parking lot of a mall. The breakfast was very good.

Great hotel! A jewel!

The staff was extremely responsive, attentive, and approachable. I was able to use the complimentary shuttle service and Lenny was great! Thank you, Lenny! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.

I would have appreciated real plates and cups for the breakfast. Too much trash with the plastic plates. Also, an expresso machine would have been better than the coffee pitchers.

some of the secondary doors into the hotel did not work with my key so i had to walk around to other doors on the grass

Personnel are helpful and friendly. I like that a restaurant Bonefish Grill is on premises. Paramus Park is within walking distance.

I wish they would use real eggs instead of powdered eggs for breakfast..

Comfortable hotel convenient to the Garden State in northern NJ.

External areas were in good repair, nice breakfast with wide selection and comfortable room.

The parking lots adjacent to yours were filled with potholes which I couldn’t see well coming in after dark.
