I got upgraded to room with beautiful view which was lovely.
I thought the pool area was not great. And the beach towel situation of being none really frustrating.

We found Chester the main reception person who helped us get checked in was amazing. We arrived 3 hours early. He was kind hospitable and gave us ideas on how best to use our time whilst our room was being cleaned before we checked in. We regret not giving Chester a card or a thank you gift for making our 25th Wedding Anniversary even more special. please can you let him know. He is great at his job and the best person to help and greet you at the desk. Great smile and very kind to speak with.

Room and kitchen. Fast elevators. Nice touch of providing 2 bottles of water per day to guests. Nice touch to provide one complementary ice cream to guests.
Pathetic small pool. Ran out of pool towels.

Amazing location
Very helpful and friendly staff
Cable TV - good selection of channels
Good WIFI
Lack of pillows in the room - 5 pillows provided for 4 people/2beds
Lack of sheets and blankets - sofa bed was only provided with one non-fitted sheet and a thin blanket
The shared laundry is worn and needs repairs; the detergent dispensing machine did not work

The size of the suite was huge for the money you pay. Location was perfect near the beach and little stores
I had the city view so wasn’t happy with that.

Location, Shops located in the lobby, Friendly staff, Beach is walking distance. (Like having it in your backyard), suites have a full kitchen.
More comfy sheets for the sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn't that comfy. No wifi or TV available unless you rented a dvd,

Everything was wonderful!

Stunning views over marina and sunset side. Large apartment size rooms. Lovely clean rooms on floor 25. Kitchen excellent for cooking meals as restaurants were quite expensive. Fantastic staff at front desk.

Great location, a bit away from the busy Waikiki beach but still close to everything. Close to Ala Moana Beach and Park. Room was very nice and clean with a well equipped kitchenette.

The sunset view from the 23rd floor was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The vouchers for free ice cream everyday was kind of nice as were the two bottles of water a day we were given (voucher also at front desk). Having the full size fridge is nice for getting drinks (beer and wine) at the ABC store across the street and having handy for your balcony.
When we first arrived the room was dirty. There was fecal matter stuck to the inside of the toilet that was not ours (Yikes) and I could write in the dust on the coffee maker and night stand. We called the front desk and asked if we could get out of the reservation and move to another hotel. They asked why and after they spoke to a manger sent a lady up to clean the room. After she left we felt a lot better and actually didn't mind it. The tables had rings from past drinks and it was a little beat up. It should be noted on your website that this hotel only cleans your room every 6 days. You have to get new towels everyday by carrying the old wet ones to the reception to get new ones ~ same with sheets, face cloths and ice. Had we known this, would not have booked. You can't get alcoholic beverages near the pool nor bring them in. Not much of a pampering holiday....

Loved the views from our room
The bed wasn't really comfortable super hard. They also gave us a roll away bed for our daughter and you could feel every spring.

It was a good experience overall.
No complimentary milk for coffee. Pick up + drop off is a mess on peak times.

Great views, awesome hospitality. We were happy to spend a time for honeymoon here. Thank you!

I loved having a kitchen . The location was ok. Pool really good
we have stayed at the other end of Waikiki before and felt it was a bit out of the way. Staffing issues meant that the restaurant,Cinnamon closed early one night and didn’t have a bartender another.

Really great location on the beach in Waikiki, walkable to the mall and tons of food options. Daily vouchers for on-site ice cream and purified water bottles were a really great bonus to the stay. The staff are very friendly and the pools are nice.
The hotel is also a condo building, so there's a huge mix of people here -- some shopping, some living, some visiting, some eating. It can make the lobby and elevators feel busy.

Awesome location, friendly staff, clean, well furnished and well equipped suites. Water and ice cream every day is a nice touch.
Pool area uninspiring.

Room was perfect size….the only negative is that there is no room servicing at all…they blamed Covid but who knows. So if you wanted more tea or towels, you had to go down to reception and get it. Really for what we paid we expected to get our room cleaned and bed made each day.
See above!

Amazing view of ocean, lagoon and Friday night fireworks from lanai. Quiet and convenient location 15-20 min walk away from Waikiki. Close to Ala Moana Foodland, Target, and Don Quijote. Hotel provided vouchers for free bottled water and scoop of ice cream at Dave’s (delicious!) and had free cultural show and music on Friday night. Public parking and garage nearby were better priced than valet at hotel.
Suite did not have dishwasher and room was not clean. There was rice on the counter, stains on the dish strainer, sand and dirt in the dresser drawers, and hair in the shower. Shower was small and looked worn compared to rest of the updated suite. We cleaned the room ourselves and were given a new dish strainer when we complained about it.

we liked the location, not too crowded with tourists and centrally located and walkable to many shops and restaurants. all rooms had kitchen and cooking supplies and full fridge with was great to have. staff was really friendly. gave us vouchers for bottled waters daily and 1 kids scoop of ice cream daily.
the pool wasn’t great, super crowded all the time and very hidden and surrounded by walls so you couldn’t even see out towards the water. they didn’t offer any maid service during our whole stay (5 nights), just replenish towels, etc…
