Lee at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Great location for apartment hunting near Stanford. Within walking distance of a few eateries and coffee shops. The king suite was very spacious with a nice desk, armchairs, and small table in the room. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the budget stay.
It didn't quite have a squeaky clean feel when we arrived, but it was just fine. The road noise from El Camino was pretty loud at night in the room except with the A/C drowning it out.

Too much noise from other guests

Bed was comfortable. Towels soft and no stains. Room clean and neat. TV works great. AC works.
Parking very tight to get in and out of spaces. Hotel needs cosmetic fixing.

place was nice but people upstairs had kid running around for hours so I didn’t get much sleep. the patents were heavy walkers too.

The staff here is exceptional and of a higher caliber than most 3 or even 4 star establishments. Flexible, fair and accommodative my experience here, in terms of processing, was easier and more comfortable than any of the other 100 or so locations I've spent time at. It's not Ritz real estate but it is Ritz real service. Great value. Flexible process.
Lamp shades. Basic esthetics.

I stayed here before and I will continue to stay here . I have medical issues and it’s close to the hospital. the staff is always friendly they remember my name even after a few weeks that go by . the only complaint I have is that they need to give better directions on the heating system . other than that I love this place . 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💯
need better directions for the heating system .

I dont have any complaints.

Good place for the price. The owner is also very responsive and helpful. Although it is quite old, the room is big and worth for the price.
Sometime internet is a bit laggy.

Friendly staff at check-in. Parking + TV set is OK. We did not use them but there was a fridge and microwave in the room too. Bed was good and big (King). But we were cold the first night as there was only one thin blanket. We asked an extra blanket the next day and got that delivered.
The place is run down and old. It needs refurbished. Floor is linoleum and wasn't entirely clean (but easy to clean if they wanted to!). Bedside table wasn't clean either. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. But the whole place was out of date and needs renovated. Airco unit old and noisy. Location not great (no view, curtains need to be closed permanently, or else other guests see right into the room. Street noises from the busy El Camino Real. So keep windows closed too. No coffee/tea machine in the room nor in the reception. Reception still closed (COVID).... bit strange for a hotel. Check via a counter (window).

Smell in the room was not good
