Pleasant room, but disappointing pool area.

Good location, pleasant room

The pool area, which does not look fresh. It definitely needs some renovation.

停车免费且方便，可直接从停车场坐电梯上房间。房间大干净整洁。床软且舒适。酒店离周围的好餐厅，离Stanford大学大学和whole food超市都非常近。酒店有健身房和游泳池，只不过没机会使用。入住与check out手续便捷。还会再来！

Meh. Wouldn’t stay there again as there are many options along in the area.

The person at check in was great! Location was convenient for what I needed.

We tried to order breakfast for 40 minutes. Called the phone number listed- tried the restaurant button in the phone, and walked down to the desk. We were unable to get breakfast before we left for a long day. Front desk person not helpful.

booking.com mislead me, again. second time in a month. very disappointed.

The booking was screwed up - the second booking in a month that got screwed up by booking.com. We specifically requested a King. The hotel said they had no record of it. I showed them my booking.com confirmation. they didn't care. they tried to put us in a King on a floor under construction as an accomodation. total joke. facilities sucked, pool was out of service, front desk help didn't even know this. location is run down. Hilton hotels are a low level cut-rate hotel. they are NOT 4 starts as advertised.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Parking was not free and was very expensive. Breakfast was WAY over priced and should have been a complimentary continental breakfast - it was a rip off. Many people walked away when they discovered the prices. Our toilet ran continuously and affected our sleep.

Most Disappointing Stay in 4 years.

Tesla Charger

This was my worst stay out of 8. Dark, dreary room, had to change because it was freezing. Then given the same dreary room one floor up. It made me depressed. Sunday morning was the worst. They are renovating rooms at the hotel, so why would they put me underneath a room that they began working on at 8 AM on a Sunday morning I used to live in Palo Alto. It’s illegal to do any kind of construction work on Sundays. It was so loud and awful Rugs were being pulled up stomping hammering this one on for an hour and a half. Of course I couldn’t go back to sleep and I desperately needed a good nights sleep before a 20+ hour flight to Asia. I reported this at checkout, but they should have compensated me somehow. I won’t be staying here again.

Checkout was at 12:00 pm yet housekeeping walked in on us while we were sleeping at 9:30 am, without knocking or any announcement. My daughter was sleeping in her underwear and a tank when staff walked in. Two hours later, still before checkout time, staff walked into the room again.

Great value for a great location if you need to be close to the university. WONDERFUL staff!

Staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Accommodated our request for rooms close together. Location and parking was great. Food at dinner was great! So nice to have good shower products in large sizes to minimize waste. Loved the extra blanket pillow in the room so I didn’t have to call housekeeping. Air conditioning worked great.

Room was adequate but dark. Wish we could keep adjoining room doors open without propping them open with a shoe. Would be nice to have an area to walk and potty pets since you are pet friendly. Need to look at my bill against my credit card statement. Seemed like things didn’t match up but need to wait for final charges to post, so not sure on that yet.

Not great

They couldn't find me in the system but apparently I was listed on their list the whole time. It took two people to find my reservation. Elevators took forever. TV didn't work at first. Had to reboot it twice. Shower leaked. Beds and pillows not comfortable. Was told prior that parking was free, get there and we have to pay for parking. Honestly cheaper hotels have been a better experience. Also booking.com stated a final price include all taxes. I was charged about $35 more, not including the parking.

Clean well lighted location, parked was very good, staff was friendly, mattress was comfortable, room was clean with good amenities, tv had good picture and sound, garage had charging for ev’s, pool and spa were clean and comfortable , orange juice at breakfast was very good, chilled ice water was good

Pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable, usb ports were very worn by night stand and one did not work, hard to keep room at one temp, highs and lows all day and night, would be nice to see some type of gate at garage entrance, have more than three Tesla ev chargers, set guidelines for use allow others to use, breakfast was horrible and expensive, main dish was eggs and something they called and looked like bacon, waffles tasted like cardboard and had weird texture, pastries were small and hard, walked away hungry and disappointed
