Not the same

Location. We have stayed in this hotel for around 15 years

New ownership . Not the same. Tv went off around midnight and didn’t come back on until next morning. Hotel sending text early early morning reminding to checkout which was 4-5 hours before checkout. Probably be finding another hotel for now on.

Definitely not gonna stay here again, not at this location. Other locations were much nicer.

It was pretty quiet at night when we needed to sleep

Definitely doesn’t look like the photos, and could have been a lot cleaner honestly. The bathroom floor has a bunch of cracks and holes in it. The toilet also wasn’t cleaned too good

Dissapointed!

Location appropriate

The coffee was horrible, duck tape was used to cover the transition from bedroom to bathroom in which was covering a hole, the hotel is showing age with rotting floor, tile breaking away, ironing board no pad, the room was dirty Christmas tree in lobby was horrible. I took pictures of these things . Surprises me that Wydam would have there name associated with this lack of quality. These things are why people don’t return. You would think people would take more pride in operating. Don’t like to criticize but hopefully things will improve

Overwhelming we never got to stay and we had to find a new place to stay and it’s cost us more money for our weekend.

Nothing it was nasty and completely disgusting the entire hotel was filthy and disgusting.

We never got to stay.

Hotel can use some major updating.

I liked the location and the shower water pressure.

Rooms were very outdated, hair on bathroom floor, toilet not handicap friendly, no coffee pots in room, very small room, no “ breakfast per say “ coffee in lobby was very weak. 3rd shift ladies did not utter one word to guest🤪

I liked how it was walking distance everywhere.

I asked for dnd sign for room and they came in anyways while we’re gone. they cleaned and it wasn’t really that big of a deal. the breakfast was only cereal

It was convenient to the convention center but that’s about it.

Breakfast was not good, old coffee, little Debbie snacks and bananas. Cleanliness of our room was okay but the rest of the hotel seemed old and dusty. The bedroom decor was AWFUL. No lamps only bright overhead lights. A full wall mirror behind bed was tacky and disconcerting because it had the same feeling as looking at a two way mirror. Also who wants to look at themselves at every moment of the day. Pillows flat. Orange walls, and there was a noise the sounded like a plane or freight train every evening. Soooo loud! I think it was maybe a street sweeper. Woke us up three nights in a row.
