I would recommend this hotel for a great stay

I liked everything about the hotel

In our room the air conditioning stayed in 79 degrees so the room was little stuffy. The staff did offer another room but it was late so they offered us a fan and it worked out great.

I should be refunded my stay for 3 days.

I felt like this one of my worst experiences I have inquired.

We arrived on site, received room 607, used garbage bag on the table filled with items. Went into the latrine old soap in the shower. It look like the sheets hadn’t been changed. No microwave but have a refrigerator ( wow). The ice machine didn’t at all. To add insult to injury they charged my debit card twice which held my account up for 3 days. This experience was absolutely horrible. I was sent out specifically to rate this hotel. Not good at all.

HORRIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS CANCELLED

Nothing because my reservation was cancelled

I booked this hotel a month in advance for concert on august 8th, the booking clearly stated that I would be charged upon check out no deposit. On my way to the hotel I received a charge that declined. (Money was on the card) I called the hotel as soon as I seen the charge a young man told me that my card was fine and valid. I even asked him to try to recharge the card. He reassured me that it was okay, that they only charge when you checkout. I arrived to the hotel an hour later only to find out that my reservation was canceled the manager or whoever had no interest in assisting me she said it’s been cancelled because we require a deposit 24 hours before check in. I explained that I JUST spoke to someone and they confirmed that it was okay. She was very short with me so I asked was there nothing that can be done and she said no. I walked out and another person in the parking lot experienced the same issue with no assistance as well. I WOULD NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

Great room with friendly staff

The room was great and had plenty of space for our family of 5.

The breakfast didn’t offer a wide selection, we were pretty disappointed with the limited options and that they stopped at 10am on the weekend.

Very nice & clean place for overlay, but also for longer stays. Will definitely come back!

Very nice and clean place, I was positively surprised by its room design, as I guess I expected more of a typical layover kind of a place. I had booked a room with kingsize bed in the upper floor - room was was VERY spacious, clean, nice seating area with a big TV screen, large fridge in case you need one. There is also a spacious desk in case you have to get some computer work done. Just stayed overnight, but the room would definitely be fine for longer stays. Staff was very friendly, Airport Shuttle was clean and very reliable. Loved it!

It was an easy place to stay that was close to airport.

Very comfortable room, got a good nights sleep as the bed was nice and firm. Close to airport with plenty of free parking.

No screens on the opening windows!

when I was ready to leave at 3:30 am I found the elevators broken so I had to haul my suitcase down from the 4th floor to catch my Lyft ride to the airport! I’m 72!

The staff, the rooms, and the breakfast.

The late night menu stated that we would be able to order food from the Hyatt specifically, but that was not true. I also didn’t like that the TVs were dated and unable to have streaming so we were stuck with limited channels.

it was great

it was conveniently located, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. staff was amazing. Tekeya is incredible! such good energy, a great spirit and made the stay well worth it. went above and beyond for whatever I needed as well as my family members that stayed in other rooms.

needs some upgrading definitely.
