A little shabby and loud for the price

great location, and exactly what you expect in a continental breakfast.

The fitted sheets had some small (cigarette burn?) holes in them; everything seems kind of worn. The light switch on one side of the room didn't work and neither did the lamp on that side. There were some stray shaven hairs on the counter behind the sink handle, a spider I had to kill in the bedside lamp, and in the morning I noticed there was also a white hair sticking out the sheets on the side of the bed. More importantly though was the noise. There was clattering as though the dumpsters were being lifted, emptied, and put back down with a bang around 2/3am. I don't know if that's what it was or if it may have been something outside the hotel's control, but it kept me up for a bit nonetheless. That was a Monday night. Perhaps that's the least busy time, but why not do it during the day instead? Very thin walls in general.

Did not stay and want a refund for a room I never stayed in.

I booked through your company and never checked in, called many numbers and nothing has been resolved. Just returned from work and yet to hear anything.

Good. Comfortable. Needs a lot of updates.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. No bed bugs.

Updates and attention to detail is needed. Painting is poorly done. Bathrooms are in a sad state. Paint peeling. Shower floor is shabby. Shower door doesn't close. Safes in the room are a nuisance. Cleaning needs to be fine tuned so that the place shines.

all elevators broke one ,most convienent doors dont work that manager eleveyen rude out everyone i understand her title but she belittle me holla decline stay no reason stated then blew her up i ask her respond by text no didnt the staff said call her she pick no she didnt she read text call blank on me from staff ph then had no choice give me room after i ask why dont respond by text she basically had beg to stay n know im homeless my kids on breating machine dont decline me then have say no reason make up one then first stay ever nasty pillow i came late on meds n my daugter cried 12 ish i threw them nasty pillows i said why bby u didnt say nothing its 4am cause mom you try so hard n tired i told her i paid for thisrm its not free i was mad i show the pillows she said nothing can do should told me then mean idc how clean rooms is respect me i respect you staff well groom in order but eleyven very loud rude and i am a mother as well and follow all rules order by her!!!

The overnight host came to my room at 1:30 a.m with bleach and a rag to try cleaning my room.

Do not stay here! The hotel rooms were dirty. I reserved two. There were boogers on the wall next to the bed. Food stains on the lamp shades. Mold on the light inside the shower that dripped on you while showering. The pillow cases and sheets were dirty. The air coming out of the air conditioning, smelled like feet. The room lights were dim and made it gloomy. There was food in the refrigerator and spilled water. The windows had stains dripping down.. the breakfast area was nasty.

No desire to stay again.

Location was ok

We didn't eat the breakfast. The room was not what expected from the reviews and pics. Shower was not properly sealed. The room itself needs a fresh coat of paint or something. It was dark and gloomy. Staff checking in wasn't the friendliest. I waited almost 10 mins to check in, not bc they were busy, but bc the employees were talking amongst each other and didn't seem to care that we were waiting to.check in. Overall, just not a good experience.

I booked for one night and was going to only be sleeping and showering so I went for affordable. This hotel was in a go

It was conveniently located to the University’s track.

It smelled of marijuana and smoke. The bathroom shower was leaking and floor was wet when we arrived. Shower base showed an area of black streaks that seemed not to be clean.

No Sleep for Lovers

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The room held temperature very well. The bed was very relaxing and slept acceptably well.

The level of noise from other guests. The size of the room was too compact for even two people.

Nice room,bad breakfast

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Good quality shampoo,conditioner,soap and lotion.

No tea bags in the 3 tea containers at breakfast bar. Staff told me they are only allowed to use Choice hotels branded bags and they were ordered 4 months earlier. Plus lack of selection at breakfasr. All carbs except yogurt. Saw cream cheese in frig but no bagels. Only choices were wheat or white toast, 1 type muffin, waffles or 1 adult cereal,1 childrens. Saw grits and oatmeal packages but no hot water available to make them.
