Unclean room.

The location and the breakfast service staff was very kind. Chris the manager upon check out was very professional and kind.

Room wasn't clean. Shower and bathroom sink were dirty. There was hair in both the shower and sink. Duvet had a blood stain on it. Two lights were not working and the bathroom fan wasn't working. We spoke to the manager Chris who was very kind and tried to accommodate us with reaching out to booking.com about getting %50 off our room. The lady that checked us in was not very friendly either.

Book!

I really enjoyed my stay! I had a minor issue with my tv and the staff switched my room immediately! It was my first time staying here I was very impressed! Very clean and quite .

Terrible would never recommend

The staff was rude! Orlando in particular! I drive down from Columbia for a event. I had a family emergency checked out moments later . I called spoke with management they redirected me and stop answering calls. Had to file with my bank to get my money back . Halls smell like weed , bathroom was not clean!

Excellent room and location for the price

Everything about the stay was great! The room was great the shower was great the bed was comfortable we wish we could’ve stayed a little longer because it felt like home away from home!

The only thing we had a problem with was how much the snacks and drinks were from the hotel vending. We were in town for a football game and when the game was over we couldn’t find anywhere to stop and get something to drink because things were closed at that time! We stopped by the front desk to grab something and we felt like it was a bit expensive especially since we were guest of the hotel. We also had trouble finding additional parking because the parking lot was full

I will never stay at this location again!

Bathroom was dirty- several long hairs everywhere. AC unit never cooled properly, staff was less than helpful.

Staff, cleanliness and the carefree useless front desk staff.

My Stay

I love the price and the setup of the rooms. I felt like I paid BIG money to get that room. My wife was amazed. I also love the room setup, TV at the end of the bed, beautifully put together.

I didn't like that I was unable to request extra pillows, I also didn't like the many times I call to front desk throughout the day, and no one answers even when there some just sitting at desk.

If you’re just looking for somewhere to stay real

I didn’t like nothing about the hotel

The hotel was extremely dirty, it had bugs crawling in the lobby, and the pool had spiders and hair in it. Nobody was by the pool or in the pool area because it was not clean. The breakfast was terrible! The food was stale and hard, the bagels had gnats flying on them. They didn’t offer any breakfast food just packaged food which was expired!

Location ... very close to shopping and restaurants

Parking was limited and only 3 spaces for individuals with a handicap. Bar was closed on Friday.

Exceptional

It was super clean and comfortable.

One of the Tesla charger cord's were broken, so I was not able to charge my car before my long trip home to Maryland. Other than that, my stay was wonderful.

Everything was nice and clean. Good value for your money. I will stay here again!

The breakfast was terrible. It seemed as if it was prepackaged cheese omelets, sausage patties and you can make a waffle. They also had packaged sandwiches. There’s is nothing to the hot breakfast if that’s your deciding factor for staying here. Also, the room was hot, it would not cool down even when i set it to 65. But i bought a fan so it worked out for me.

Very good

Suite was cozy and had a little of everything you need. Bed was excellent. Breakfast included was good but cold and had to wait for it to be put out due to the amount of people being served.

Bed was in a tight corner of room, air conditioner blew cold air straight on our faces all night, spent the nights turning it off and on. I guess pillows were down filled, struggled to get comfortable with them. Maybe a firmer option?

The temperature inside the room. I switched rooms several times and had the temp set at 68; however, the temperature kept raising. At one point, the temperature was at 77 degrees. The temperature in the hallways is much cooler than the rooms.

I will definitely stay again. The hotel was overall really nice & clean!

Staff was really nice. The room was clean & hotel layout was nice.

The pool was overcrowded. I think it was a birthday party or something. I got up early the next morning and was able to swim.
