Breakfast was basic but it did the job. I liked the variety of TV channels, the vicinity of good quality food within walking distance. One of the best pizza's I had during my 4 weeks in America. Beds were comfortable.
Being Australian, would have been great if there was a coffee pod machine in the breakfast area, you Americans have really poor coffee compared to other western nations.

Everything about my stay at this Quality Inn was beyond my expectations. The staff need to be commended for their outstanding customer service especially, Lindsey Y and Mrs. Q. It is because of Lindsey and Mrs. Q that I will be returning for my son's next graduation from Fort Moore.

Alarm clock from the 80’s didn’t even work
Security door latch screws falling out.
Whil booking, photo shows beautiful pool, this pool you can tell has been shut down and disgusting for a long time

Very comfy bed and the breakfast was a nice perk. The rooms were pretty clean and the location was surprisingly quiet. This was a pit-stop on a longer trip for us and was a welcome restful break.
There was a smell of smoke that entered through the bathroom - it was faint as though someone on the other side of the motel was smoking. We closed the door and it disipated by morning.

That I could not have gotten my cash refund back at check out, was told cash refund could not be given out until 11am, we checked out at 9am , you can’t expect a guest to wait around 2 hours after check out so I ask clerk to have it mailed to my home address. I really wasn’t given a time limit how long this would take or even if I will get my refund.

roaches came out later in the night/ early morning

the room was decent for an accessible room
The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and inconsiderate. Check in according to their website and the booking company was 3 o’clock. When we went to check in the room wasn’t ready and we were told it would be another hour. When we came back again the room wasn’t ready we were told it would be another 45 minutes. The front desk employee was still rude. If this is how they treat people with disabilities when they stay then they definitely need better employees who actually want to do the job. Never been so disrespected at any place I’ve stayed in my life!!

The registration staff seemed knowledgeable during the check in and out interaction. The room appeared to be clean.
I arrived 1 to 2 hours after my original check in time. The room I reserved was not ready, and the manager just said to put me in another room! I was asked "Do you need a king." Personally I feel that question was irrelevant and could have been stated in a different manner. Since I was tired and ready to check-in I decided not to wait for them to finish cleaning the room. I was placed in a queen. The rooms were the same price, there was no sorry for the inconvenience, or let us do "this" to make it right. The room was facing the interstate or a very busy highway which makes for loud noise all the time. The water smelled of soil in the shower. The lightning was not very bad for the work I needed to do, but I had to continue signing in to the WiFi connection which delayed finishing my assignment.

Price and location were good
Beds were uncomfortable.

It is located right off the interstate.
Dirty grounds, stained towels, roaches, balcony seemed unsteady, furniture was damaged, hole in bathroom wall (I should have taken more pics. The chair is a good example of the grounds and room.)

I love the cleanliness of the hotel. Its always clean when we stay. We live in Atlanta and come to Columbus to visit family.
I did not like the unprofessional way the clerk handled the check in. We booked a king room. When we got there she said it was none ready and won't be ready for 2 hrs. My husband and I had to take a double room which was very uncomfortable sleeping. My husband is 6'4. I asked for discount for the inconvenience 3 times. The clerk ignored me. We were very unhappy. Check out was good. I think the lady is the manager. She is always on point and awesome. Wish she was there for check in

The shower was awesome
The location wasn't great for a woman alone

It was way too noisy from other rooms and from the highway! The neighbors had their television on all night, do loud that i could not sleep well.

it was close to Fort Benning.
The floors completely disgusting. I have a 9 month old who loves to crawl and I couldn’t let him on the floor at all. They were sticky and when we took our shoes off our white socks were completely black on the bottoms in less than 5 mins. In the pictures we thought it had carpeted floors like most places would. We also received a smoking room.. which my family doesn’t smoke at all nor likes the smell of smoke.

Location, shopping and restaurants nearby
Had to give a cash deposit and had to wait at checkout to get it back until they checked my room. I gathered people get rooms and party. Smelled Marijuana severL times while there. I will never stay there again.

the price
Dirty sheets, room smelled like mildew & neighbors were loud plus no hot water.

The room was nice and updated, very clean. the staff was very nice. Check in and parking is nice and easy. price was nice and on the cheaper side. worth the value.
ceiling dripping water by door (assuming from AC from the room above). Also, the shower didn’t drain any whatsoever.
5.0
That it was close to my destination.
The room was stuffy and the door didn’t close properly. The fact a 50dollar deposit was required when I checked in was a surprise. I did in fact get it back when I checked out, however wish I would have known prior to my booking.
