Excellent staff hands down days and night shift.

Staff was amazing especially the night crew.

The over priced so called breakfast buffet dirty dishes, old pastry’s and not enough variety to be considered a buffet.

Cool for an overnight stay

I liked the size of my room as well as the decor in my room. The staff was great. Every team member I encountered was pleasant.

The pillows were horrible. The guests near my room were loud and didn’t go to sleep until about 3am. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. I didn’t notice the shower was half cleaned and had long hair in it until night time.

Nice staff but needs new house keeping staff; being renovated construction crew everywhere.

The front desk staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

It’s being renovated so much of the first floor is blocked off. House keep staff was so loud in the hallway and often talking loud, having loud conversations and playing loud music while cleaning other rooms on the hall. Disturbing.

I did like the location of our events. It was clean and comfortable.

Need air conditioning in the hallways and laundry. It was very hot. Did have a evening shift clerk that seemed to be a slacker. He didn’t want to be bothered

Disappointing

Good location.

Yes, there was a notice of construction taking place; however, I was in room 330 and Saturday morning I received a wakeup call at 7:30 with drilling on the roof or walls nearby and could not go back to sleep. Terrible. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a call to handle the matter - no call.

Good

The rooms were ok, although I was with my family - I would've liked our rooms to be together.

I didn't like the fact, my mother's room didn't have all of towels she needed - and when we tried to order breakfast from the restaurant - we were told it was closed and no one knew about it UNTIL that morning.

Needs renovation- underway Dec 2022.

Staff were very responsive. Has that real Hotel vibe - large lobby, wide hallways, in hotel restaurant.

They are in the process of renovation. Hotel needs it. I've stayed their twice in the past month. Not certain I'd stay there again. Finding this Hotel at night is difficult, even with a GPS. In short, the parking lot and driveways are not lit properly. Our room backed up to the freeway. Noisy.

location was good. Lobby was nice and personal was friendly.

No ice machine on my floor( 2nd), paid for King size bed and was given a QWEEN ,and there was not enough Towels in the room

The staff her name was Morgan she was checking significantly early after we drove 13 hours she was extremely nice very well mannered I would highly recommend this place to anybody.
