It was in a great location.
The rooms need to be updated, there was a branch growing in the bathroom wall, the headboards were disgusting looks like they have never been clean. They walls had patches. Lots of people hangin out drinking outside. Lots of traffic in and out rooms.

It is a peaceful beautiful old property. The restaurant in the hotel is awesome (7am-2:30pm).

AC worked good. Pool was clean. Good breakfast restaurant. Staff helped us tremendously get refunded for unused nights when we had to cut our trip short. Pool area was clean as was the water.
Room had no view. We were housed under a stair well. Pool bar was not open and in disrepair. Room was just bare bones. Nothing to brag about.

Location.
The room was not clean. The staff was rude. Internet went out. Notified desk 3 times and there was no resolution. Only said they didn’t know what was wrong.

The manager is very rude and she was racist. She racial profiled my husband and cussed him out for no reason.
The manager. Hallways in the hotel smelled like dead rat. Very disturbing smell. I would never go back .

Nice pool area that was rarely crowded.
You get what you pay for. The property itself was outdated and we had a pest issue in our bathroom. The toilet ran constantly and there was no elevator to get to the second floor. I could handle the outdated property; however, on two different occasions, no one answered at the front desk. We saw no employee for three days until we were leaving.

Lady who takes care of everything helped us get in I had asked for early check in the other younger girl said no rooms available it was after time we asked for. The other lady who makes sure rooms are OK was there and got us in we are thank ful we had been to aquarium all morning and I am disabled and the other lady said check back in a couple of hours didn't have anywhere else to go so that's what made the biggest difference to me
It had been sold and renovation were being done no tiki bar which we were looking forward too

Pool area , fresh water in the pool, pool close to the hotel. Personal ( the cleaning lady ) very nice
There were two snakes (each per day ) in the swimming pool just behind me sitting on the pool chair . There were a lot of rats I saw in the swimming pool area as well I guess that's why rats were coming. I stayed 7 days and 2 days huge cockroaches were in the room I requested to move me to another one. The next days small young cockroaches were coming in the bathroom. I have pictures and videos of all that. The day I was checking out I found my car hit and it turned out they have no cameras in the parking lot that also belongs to the restaurant in the reception. I was frustrated and shocked that in the area where there are a lot of cars and people coming to the cafe there are no cameras . Moreover the personal were rude to me . The manager or whoever it was was asking me questions why was I staying in their hotel instead of leaving it after I saw cockroaches rats and snakes he was asking what was my work to make me stay in the hotel was it illegal etc. That was more than weird and unprofessional because his questions didn't concern rats snakes cockroaches and car accident that happened in their parking lot and disability to find who was that because of no cameras . I could understand huge cockroaches in the room but not young just born and all the rest stuff in the hotel area especially rude unprofessional attitude of personal . Also housekeeping cleaned only once in 7 nights of my staying (the hotel was empty just FYI). And on all my negativity about hotel management was not saying sorry etc but asking me questions that never had connection to my private life and asking to leave the lobby .

All the staff was great, wanting to make sure ur stay was good plus the Cafe had great food and again the sever and everyone in there was great. We sat on the outdoor dining area. It a had a coi pond was nice outside by dining area, but if someone is setting in front of it u couldn't look at it. It should of been length of porch with maybe 1 table not there so others could walk up and c it. Plus we had a court yard room by the pool and the cabana was never open. Best thing was checking out and leaving best thing was the TV but it had a bunch of stations but no info what they had on it and it was a smart tv which I have several but there's alot of people don't know how to use them.
Some of it was in what I wrote above The facilities needs cleaned and better landscaping so tree branches don't rub on ur vehicle. Our room needed a renovation and I have pics of the deviations. Yes I'm a retired contractor. Bed was a queen in a king bed frame and I about trip many times in the 2 days . I know it said boutique motel but furniture needs given away or whatever and replaced. We Paid for a king bed with a balcony. I hope I can download pics. Good location for the airport etc already found another place 2 stay next time we stay for our flights when we were there. Could be really nice. Needs refreshed thru out so we won't b back ty 4 reading

The front desk staff were very kind and able to accommodate an early check-in for me. They had a place for me to safely stow my luggage while waiting for the room to be ready, and bar/restaurant on site so I could rest while waiting.
The bathroom was a little outdated, but clean. The other facilities were nice, especially the outdoor pool space.

It was a place to lay my head until I do what I need to then I I will deal with a full refund from this place. It's was scary
There was dried blood in different places of the room. Besides being unclean. Sliding door lock didn't work on one side dead bolt change didn't have , ceiling tiles some are bent and and a few holes.
I asked for an extra blanket because the one they had was as thin as a hospital blanket.. ended up having to upgrade: they told me there was an elevator.. yes there is but not all upstairs rooms my upstairs room suite with the balcony did not have one but she neglected to tell me as my first room was a disability access room I wanted a balcony so I can enjoy the weather at least while I was there visiting my dying sister. All ice makers or ice machines I guess you could say was all the way in the building up front I understand that they are in the middle of changing ownership hands but even so $3 00 and plus dollars for a room that had dry blood not clean no locks no fire extinguisher no fire alarm or no phone in the room even if it was to just call the office I don't even know what to say regarding this hotel it almost seems like a motel
