Perfect location if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Dickies Arena!

Great location! Beds are comfortable and & the hotel is very clean! Friendly staff as well. Perfect location if you’re visiting for a concert at Dickies Arena as it’s only 5 minutes from the venue (15-20 minute walk)

Would love to see more breakfast options. There was slim pickings most of the time (standard options like bagels & cream cheese, oatmeal, eggs, coffee & juices). would love to see more options like additional pastries & maybe waffles like most other hotels that offer breakfast.

The check in was fast and the hotel was very clean and peaceful.

Smoke free very clean and quiet. Close distance to the concert arena.

I’ve had better breakfast options at other suites. It was just very limited and for only 3 hrs 6-9. The free parking fills up very quickly but they do offer paid parking.

Loved everything

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The hotel is easy to get to and central to so many places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Perfect for short business stay

It was close to the venue that I was going to

It is literally next to the highway. We could hear and see the traffic from our room. The pictures made this look like a nice hotel and it was sub par. Our room was dirty, including the bathroom. There was a random hair in the bed sheets and hair all over the bathroom, a booger stuck to the wall and the phone cord in the bathroom was disgusting. The blind didn’t pull down all the way and we had to have a street lamp shining in all night. Plus the rate changed from when we booked to when we stayed and it was NOT worth what we paid at all. We’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for much cheaper.

Wonderful short trip to Fort Worth

The property was clean, staff was nice and location was very close to Dickies arena. Another review talked about parking being an issue. Our experience was that parking was easy, plenty of spaces and the cost to park was very reasonable.

Great place to stay if have a conference and is close to TCU.

I like the property, and the staff was fantastic. Just be sure of the parking that is not large. They charge a fee if you have a car, but can be fill if you come late.

Oh yeah, if you are looking for a clean, new place, this is it.

Very clean. Very bright. Very comfortable and LARGE! Amazing bathroom and shower. Loved the bright blue and yellow colors. Breakfast included. Free parking.

Pleasant stay in Fort Worth close to downtown and the stockyards.

Friendly staff, clean room with a large bed, good working WiFi and TV.

Would have liked some more fresh fruit at breakfast. There were apples available but they had a waxy layer.

The property was to my standards but I don’t like someone trying to double dip on me.

The staff kept trying to charge us for $260twice and $240 three times. Glad I put a lock on my card. They say I only had a deposit, but I paid in full when I booked. They also charge for parking per night here.

Would Stay Again But Need to Stay On Top of Staff

The rooms are super comfortable, new, fresh and modern. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I rarely eat waffles, but I tried theirs, WOW. Best waffle I've ever had in my life. Literally like a dessert. Eggs were super tasty too like real eggs.

Be sure to ask for daily cleaning if you are staying multiple days, upon check in. We made the mistake of going along with the every other day cleaning and we were missed, even after calling and confirming. We stayed 4 days and we needed towels and garbages emptied on day 3 and they missed us (even after calling twice to confirm). Not happy.

Breakfast was the same thing for the two days we was there and the pictures the hotel showed for breakfast was a joke.plus they didn’t have a restaurant what it said they do and no spa either .plus I don’t understand why people have to pay for parking each night if they are staying at your hotel it should be free of charge .but it was a nice hotel but I would look for something I don’t have to pay parking

I’m definitely staying at more Springhills in the future.

I love this hotel. It queen suite was perfect for five of us to come and make a good weekend trips with my family. Very pleased with rooms and hotel.
