Would stay again if no road works for sure

The room was spacious- the breakfast included was substantial and Iqbal Sarn the manager was so helpful and friendly to us.

The road works through the night very noisy

I thought it was definitely good value for the money and would stay there again

I really liked the breakfast. I also found the pillows great.

I didn’t find the bed as comfortable as I would have liked.

never again.

not a lot to be honest.

bed was lumpy & not comfortable- room was cold. no plug for the tub. we forgot our phone cord and charger and chambermaid stole it. staff was dismissive and impolite.

Nice stay for the night.

Close to everything. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Value, location, comfort, convenience

Good breakfast choices including waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Frisge andmicrowaveintheroom. SPaciousroom. This isanolder motel but reasonably updated; i.e. plentyof outlets.

Wifi was marginal at times, butmy room was at the far end of the large complex. Get a room closer to where the reouter/s may be.

Misled by Booking.com

Our room was close to the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was decent, typical continental breakfast. Great location near the mall and to various parks, especially Cornwall.

False advertising: we booked a room listed as 602sqft and just got a regular double room, which was $100 cheaper. I'm pretty certain this is illegal and hope Booking gets back to me on this. I am NOT talking about the pet charge. We were misled by Booking.com Our microwave touchpad did nothing, so we went unable to reheat anything or make hot drinks for the weekend. Overall it was an okay stay, but only because we didn't really need the microwave. They were very chaste with towels and wouldn't give us 4. We also never got maid service once during our 3 night stay. These minor issues aren't a deal breaker at a cheap place, but we did this place SPECIFICALLY because it was listed as 600 or 602sqft. Great casino/diner in the parking lot! The patio is dog friendly.

Not a very welcoming place to stay

It's located too close to a big road, so car noises can make your room noisy at night. Bed pillows are very uncomfortable, they are a small square with uneven filling. There's strange rules in place that made us feel unwelcome. We wanted to eat something next to the pool but were told it was against the rules, we said that was weird but ok, so we decided we would eat in the lobby before entering the pool. But when we tried to do that we were told to go to our rooms to eat since they cleaned up the lobby after breakfast and didn't want to clean again. I understand having to clean again would not be ideal but a hotel lobby is supposed to be available for customer use, especially when the rooms don't have chairs and tables to eat.

Absolutely terrible facility including staff.

Nothing as expected

I had booked for a king size bed with a partition separating the sleep area from the sitting area. I did NOT have that particular room nor anything close to it. Nothing as advertised on the booking website. False advertising. The room had beat up furniture. Nothing updated. The room itself was disgusting. If there had been another hotel nearby I would’ve left. Plus my reservations were already paid for. I would appreciate a Refund for 2 nights. Word of mouth travels fast & this situation will travel fast. All my family live here & that’ll make it travel even faster

Bad

They had no hotel contact number I could find, thought this was a hotel not motel. Gal told me when I asked her about security said the have a security person at night, not true it’s the front desk guy may walk out there. Didn’t know they house homeless people. Lot of action at 2-5am people and cars. 1st night a druggy guy tried to follow me, and several guys hanging out in the parking lot.

Disappointing

I like the that rooms are very clean. Good price for a short trip. The owner is nice.

The elevator smells so bad. You can definitely tell there trying to improve the hotel but they got a long ways to go. The owner is very nice but her staff is lacking enthusiasm and customer service. Both times I have tried this place the T.V didn't work the first time the owner was on it but this time the staff was like oh well I will just give you another room. But the room he originally gave me had a better bed. I probably won't stay again. Especially when the not so picky husband says we won't stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Nothing, it was run down, staff was rude and had no idea how to do their jobs.

Everything. Every aspect of the stay was terrible. homeless people wandering around, drugs, kids running down the hall banging doors and windows at 11:00pm.
