Cheap, just a bed.
The place is in total disrepair, filthy,broken furniture, parking lot full of people smoking weed. No ice makers. Bugs, housekeeping is terrible. Interior of the building smells like weed and cigarette smoke.This hotel is good for a bed to sleep in and not much more. I wouldnât use the restaurant judging by the rest of the building, who would eat there. I stayed there twice in a pinch. Spent almost 2,000.00 and it was a little better than the Commack motor inn.

Room was clean and the young man who checked us in, was great! Even changed our room to one that did have a mini fridge in it. since the first one did not.
We arrived to a hotel that seemed to be under renovations. The whole three night stay we had no hot water in our room, spoke to front desk and all I was told was oh its a problem in most rooms. Due to water boilers being replaced. My kids went without baths during our 3 night stay. For the price paid, you would at least expect hot water. and better front desk service.

I liked the pillows. The bed was clean at least.
Checked in on an Saturday. The lobby looked like a ghost town. Store was closed, bar was closed and so was the restaurant. Had an old musty smell. It was $100 more than the Hyatt which I was staying for a wedding. I had to check in because they didnt have a vacany for my last day. Old, smelly and overpriced!

Unattractive and dirty.I stayed here several times and each time I come back it looks more tired. Place needs an overhaul. Everything is worn or dirty or both. Hotel has seen better days. Hopefully some companies coming to buy the place and will renovate and rejuvenate. Cable service is awful. TV is old and too limited on stations. The shower/bath facility in the room is an antique.

Hotel is super dirty. Huge stains with chemicals still on the carpet. Room smelled like mildew the whole time, AC never worked, on top of the filter for the AC are disgusting sane with the vent shooting dirt out. Hot water never worked, and the TV is super outdated doesnât changing inputs

Booked this hotel since a Hot Tub was advertised. Found out Hot Tub has not worked in 3 yrs. Info on Booking.com has dates of Pool / Hot Tub being worked on Feb 2022 - Dec 2022... It's 2023, update your information, on all reservation platforms. Even voice message while on hold says "relax in the Hot Tub". And like others mention the ice machine on our floor was broken.

Bathroom not up to Radisson standards. Shower curtain rod was pulled from wall at both ends an could not hold curtain. Ergo, no showers! Air conditioning control was non functional and set at a cold 69 degrees. Desk lamp barely made it to dim and, as such, was useless. Stick lamp behind chair with ottoman was unplugged. Produced an electric arc when I attempted to plug it in. The room tv only received local channels. You have to REQUEST a refrigerator! (In all my years of traveling I have never experienced this!)
Iâm not usually a complainer but I would expect that a hotel of this supposed level would have been aware of these items and not assigned the room.

The breakfast was good, but there was only one selection! When you stay in a hotel, there should be variety! The pool was nice and the rooms were clean!
There was a leak in the roof, which is terrible! The tub was rusted! The top lock was broken. The whirlpool was not in use! We could not get into our room one night, so we has to change rooms because no one could find the actual key not the Swipe key to open the door. I thought there would be a discount for the inconvenience, but there wasn't. Also the price I was quoted on the email was not the total when we checked out!

We pay with breakfast, but they don't give us nothing, the room doesn't have refrigerator, the tv was broken but they changed, the tv cable was terrible, we try to cancel but they explained that the return will be in 10 days, and we have to pay for the first night, looks like a pretty hotel but without people or employees, sorry I don't recommend for 168 with taxes included and no breakfast, and no discount for all this issue's.

Lounge lobby area and breakfast should not be charged because other hotels give free breakfast with the same options, but breakfast was good and coffee also
We heard a mice in the closet area scratching, the outlets didn't work, one lamp was flickering, there was a dent in the wall left to the window. Shower ceiling tile broken on corner, had to kill a big ant in the bathroom one morning. The room needs minor repairs for the amount of money being spent and to. be up kept. Alot of TV channels not available

It was ok. They need to expedite the renovations and upgrades, which would really make this property so much better. Would only recommend staying here if the convenience of the location is most important to you.
Outdated and they double charged me for my room (which was promptly reversed). The breakfast in the morning could be better. The on-site restaurant is basically nonexistent.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. My wife needed an extra pillow which was they provided within 1 hour.
Also 1 night we were there the room nest to decide to have a very noisy party and made it hard to sleep. Tried to contact the desk but couldn't find anyone at the desk. When mentioned to the front desk the next morning they took care of the issue that the guests in that room were quit the next night.
The booking system indicated that there was a continental breakfast. The information of amenities needs to be kept up to date.
