location & close to beach
only one key in lockbox with a door keypad that wasn’t functioning for a 5 bedroom condo!! refrigerator not working well as cooling control knob missing, floor were dirty and had not been mopped.

Location of townhouse was great. Close to downtown and marina. Five bedroom layout was good for our group with spacing on 3 floors. Table space was great for meals and game nights!
Several outlets did not work. Push button did not work on door to unlock so had to always use key. Bed frame in lower bedroom broken when we arrived. Had to move mattress and box spring to the floor. A couple of the light bulbs burned out in rooms and kitchen. Grill had not been cleaned. Floor was not clean upon arrival. Very low water pressure when flushing toilets.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
No recycling facilities but this was for the whole of Lakeland Village, not just the property.

The house is located at a perfect spot everything is nearby so many places to visit around. The pool was awsome too we had a great time there too.
I think its time for them to change their blankets and pillows. The pillows and blankets had many stains and even looked yellow which wasn't pleasant. The ok button on the remote control for the living room wasn't working either so we couldn't connect to Netfilx.

Pros: centrally located on south shore. We walked to Heavenly Village several times (1.4mi). Lake is about 100’ from condo - no lake views from condo but still lovely. Bedrooms and beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Kitchen small - barely room for two cooking together - but well stocked. Dining table was huge - perfect to use half for games and half for eating. Owner was responsive. Walking distance to Safeway and Whole Foods as well as CVS. Sugar Pine bakery across the street is wonderful. Great room furniture is very comfortable and a little balcony with the grill is a bonus!
Cons: Condo could use a thorough deep cleaning. It was what I call “surface clean”. Sheets and towels were spotless. Plenty of extra blankets for snuggling. Refrigerator is small but serviceable. The bulbs on the porch and the microwave were both burned out and needed to be replaced. Helpful if you bring beach towels with you if you’re going to use the pool or spas. Condo is a little dark. - The weather was gorgeous when we were there and if you crave sunshine in the morning you may miss the morning sun in the condo. None of these little blips really amounted to much and certainly didn’t impact our enjoyment overall.

Location, location, location! Great kitchen supplies for a crowd, huge dining table, quiet, beautiful setting. Walk to beach and also to the main drag with restaurants, groceries, etc.
Condo needs lots of TLC. Broken hair dryer, holes in carpet, toilet that didn’t flush, knife drawer falls out, dishwasher rack wheels broken, furniture way too soft and to big for the space, missing light bulbs and screens. Surface clean but fans stored in closets were filthy (no A/C. Wish there had been a place to outside, deck is small, 4 max.

Due to the pandemic, we had not seen our KY and LA family in 2 years. This townhouse was the perfect place for our reunion. Great location to swimming pools and Lake Tahoe.
The owner went above and beyond to provide information to make our visit enjoyable. I cannot say enough about the Fords!!
I dropped a baby toy under a dresser. There was dirt, hair, and cobwebs galore.

Location was good. Right in the middle of everything. Parking was really close. The beach was right next to this condo. Lots of room for everyone. Lots of room. Kitchen had everything you would need, plenty of dishes too. Would stay again.
