Location very good for our needs. Easy to get to
I could tell the property is starting to run down. One stair had carpet the other did not. The one without carpet looked a little dirty and worn. The room was missing a picture, the cord on the fridge was broken and a light cover in restroom was missing . It’s just starting to look run down, I hope thing get fixed.

Located somewhat close to downtown.
Breakfast was basic continental, coffee juice and pastries, in a primarily walk in walk out area with only two tables. They charge for late check out.

I liked that it was only a few minutes from the interstate. beds were comfortable but honestly I doubt that the sheets ACTUALLY got stripped, they probably just re-made the bed instead of changing linens.
bathrooms definitely needed a deep clean. they were pretty gross to be honest. also due to how low the price was, there were lots of.. “questionable” people staying there… so probably won’t stay again.

I travel alone and agreed to a specific room type and price when I signed up for my room on booking.com. Instead, when I arrived I was given an upgraded room with 2 queen size beds that i didn't need and charged $60 above the price I agreed to. Do contracts mean nothing? Both the receptionist and the manager blamed booking.com and said there was nothing they could do about it. I have used booking.com extensively in the past, but will now be looking for other options.

It had a bed.
Well, I did not get the room I reserved. They made me pay 1 $50 fee incase I damaged the room. The hair dryer was already pulled off the wall. The wall by my bed had a bad patch job for a large hole that was already there. I reserved a mobility accessible room that showed it had a shower chair, shower handles. I am 67 and very shaky in the morning. They would of been very nice. Not impressed at all. I stay at Microtel in Pigeon Forge. Not impressed with this one¹

Location is close to University Area, very clean room and bathroom.
Room is kind of small and oddly decorated. Floor carpet was loose in one of the edges. Walls are kind of thin and we could hear the next-door guest's TV day and night. This was a bit annoying, but we got used to it. Breakfast is pretty basic: juice, yogurt, dry cereals, bread / bagels and coffee but you cannot expect more at this rate.

the bed was decent.
the bathroom was terrible!!

It was a clean property and close to restaurants and bars.
I had forgotten how small a microtel was... as a bicycle rider on a tour I had to move the furniture around to make my bike fit in the room. Also, half the power and lights operating off the headboard weren't working. My room was the first off the lobby so it was a bit loud...Finally, the breakfast was a bit skimpy... but all in all a good stay for the value

For $130 I felt like I was in a $50 motel. The man checking us in made us pay again plus a cleaning fee. I already paid through the app and showed him the confirmation and where it came out of my bank and he did not believe me and made me pay again. It seemed run down. The sheets seemed old and the room appeared clean but felt dirty. Only one light worked and the outlets didn’t all work. The area it’s in made me a little uneasy as well.

The location
The staff was rude when I requested extra towels. The look on their faces, looked as if I requested money from the safe. The bathroom was dated and sloppily painted. The shower itself was dirty and had hand prints on the shower walls. The breakfast provided was an insulating. The muffins were stale. The drink machine didn’t work. Lights in the room were not operating properly. My advice, avoid this property.

Great location right off the highway
The overnight staff wasn't friendly. The seemed irritated as if we were bothering them for extra towels and wash clothes. The sheets were dirty with black stains from ashes and they made us strip bed right then and bring the dirty sheets before we could receive the clean sheets. They also made us turn in all of the wet and dirty towels and wash clothes before receiving clean ones.

Price was ok but lower price was advertised right on there sign out front.
Some things in room were in need of repair. Check in person at night was not at all friendly. Morning person was better. Breakfast options were minimal.
