Clean but dissapointing

Although there is a huge construction site next to the hotel, I think location within Dallas is good. The hotel is clean and the staff at the restaurant and bar was very helpful.

The room was small, and a few items were out of order such as the minifridge, and the furniture in the bathroom. There was not enough space to hold the toiletries, design was not great. I was not impressed by the hotel at all, and you could find much better value at the Marriott just 2 blocks away.

the Charge for parking was way too high. They also charged me more than the stated rate through booking.com

Nice place

Location, big room, pool is nice. Nice property. I would happily stay there again. Staff is responsive and very helpful.

Little things that where a bother: No outlet near bed. Tub was so deep almost fell getting out. TV remote is sooooo slow. Extremely outdated hotel phone didn’t work.

The sofa bed ruined my weekend !

The air conditioning !

Even though we reserved a room with 2 beds . They downgraded us to 1 bed and a sofa bed that was unacceptable ! Neither me nor my son could sleep on the sofa bed !!!!!!!!

If you have a bit of extra money to spend while staying Dallas, this is the place for you.

Great location; great facilities. I appreciated the free water & the Illy coffee. We didn't eat at the hotel because there were too many other good restaurants nearby!

I don't think Marriott should force ppl to join their rewards program to avoid paying for internet. Bad idea. Just give them free use of the internet.

Staff was great and helpful with dinner recommendations and bars. The Room was spacious and bed was comfortable The lobby of the hotel was nice

The room was not very clean. Bathroom mirror had toothpaste all over it. The bathroom floor was dirty. The lamps and side tables had dust. The closet light did not work.

Best Stay ever and looking forward to staying again

This is a hidden gem in Dallas. You should go there even if you live here. It was amazing, the restaurant is great, they have live music, the bar is great. The ambiance is magical. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. The staff is super helpful. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Cloud 9 bed and pillows

I love the bed and pillows , I slept in I voted have slept all day .. and I am not that kind of person .. it was so nice the bed ,the room was very clean ..

The lobby. And .. seem not to par with being clean .. it Was the morning after New Years Eve .. would have thought the Lobby would have been very clean sanitize There was no Matt . For the shower,and i fell in the shower. The shower is wide to step into .. I'm 5,1 the shower is a little slippery.. Did not look slippery .. should have got a towel and placed it in the tub I guess 😭.But when u pay for a room as I did .. a night .. who knew ... almost 500

Staff at the bar, restaurant, valet and front desk are all excellent. Friendly and great service. This hotel is easy to get in and out of which makes it great while in town for business. Will stay again.

Clean, quiet, nostalgic. Loved it.

Wife and I stayed here for a night to go see a show at the Echo Lounge. We were greeted in a timely manner on arrival. Also we're upgraded in room type at no charge. The entire hotel was clean, down to the caulking around the toilets (yes, I check there). Bed was comfy with good pillows. View from 7th floor was decent. I love the antiquated look if the hotel, love it. The room did not have a coffee maker in it but was furnished upon request. Very quiet the weekend we were there. We will certainly be back.

No Netflix or streaming services in room.
