horrible staff and run so unprofessional

room was what was shown in photos

check in is 12p, room wasnt ready until after 4p, knocked on door to wake me ip an hour before check out to remind me about check out time, asked for toilet paper and was told no, it was to much of a hassle for them to grab.

Find somewhere else to stay... this ain't it!!!

Nothing!! There was nothing about this hotel to like!! Spend the extra and go somewhere else!

Everything!! Once arrived and checked in the room smelled like 50 different cleaning solutions, but nothing was cleaned!! I kept my door open to air it out!! Turn on the air... nope!! I went to turn in the air and there was BLOOD DROPS in the air conditioner & on the curtain!! Went to take a shower and there was hair... not like a little string of hair, no a LONG CLUMP of hair in the wall of the shower!! I left my clothes on, slept on top of the blanket and checked out first thing in the morning!!! I walked across the street to grab a quick bite to eat from the grocery store. I got something from the deli because I didn't want to use the microwave!!

The stay was good overall. Would book this hotel again.

I did not know they served breakfast. Room was very clean. Thank you for that.

There was no info regarding facility, how to use tv, no extras such as hair dryer, coffee maker or local restaurants.

Disappointing

Near intended visiting location

Not clean and unfriendly reception. It feels like towels were just recorded. Didn't smells fresh like on day 1.

Not a good value for what you pay for

Room, common areas, and pool were clean. Beach was well organized with staff to assist with chairs and umbrellas. Didn't see a way to order food or drinks, there was no QR code to scan.

Charging a parking fee is a money grab. $4 to go coffee is another money grab. The jacuzzi no longer exists, but is on their maps. Most services were not available during our June 19-22 stay (yoga, spa). The spa did not call back until the day after we left.

Good

The room was very nice with nice design and furniture. Jacuzzi was very relaxing and bed was very comfortable.

That the room wasn't clean for check in time and we had to wait 1hr for room to be clean after our check in time to go in our room.

Beautifully decorated.. such quality furniture.. clean and affordable

The rooms were impeccable... They were beautifully decorated.. I stayed in the one with the angel wallpaper and I was blown away.. it was an emergency situation for us, ( we lost power on the coolest nite) so we got there really late so I would LOVE to stay a FULL nite or 2 and experience another beautiful room!!! I loved it!! I've told several people about it.. I can't wait to go back!!!!! Thank you again...

Just the sheets... They weren't fitted and almost looked like they weren't changed but I think it was bc the mattress was so thick but it didn't meet the standards of the beautiful room... That's the only thing I can say otherwise I was pleasantly surprised

Nothing...the lady at the front desk was mean and had no personality.

The place felt unsafe. The room was dated and stink with the smell of smoke. I could not stop coughing.

Great unexpected getaway

The room was beautiful! We stayed overnight in the "London Themed" room. The wallpaper was so unique. Amenities were great too! So convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I loved how everything matched! The lighting options really make the mood too!

The only thing I would do is possible add a few throw rugs just so your not walking on the cold floor all the time. The room heats up fast though. The carpets will just help to keep the heat in.

Room was outdated!

Air conditioning barely worked and it was 94 degrees outside! The room was smoked in. Odor of cigarettes and pot!

Disappointing

finding a coin opp, major shopping right down the street! save money on meals and like traditional NewEngland fair eat in market basket. and for quality shoes ( sass ) nurses? stop at

The first room I was put in the door locks Barrels & cylinders didn't line up and after I said no I'm not comfortable I was placed in a room were I had to rig the crank out window in the bath so that the screen would stay in place let alone that this window would not crank shut.

Wanted to leave but pre paid for room

The woman at the desk was very nice when asked about why things were how they were regarding the room

Everything the room wasn’t clean had a damp old attic like smell no fitted sheet had flat sheet tucked into mattress to act as a fitted sheet no microwave coffee maker or iron/ ironing board in room bathroom was atrocious I didn’t even shower just used the sink in room will not stay there again looks like a hotel for drug users I think it only gets service because most decent hotels in this area start at 300$ or more per night
