We had an excellent overnight stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, dogs were allowed which made traveling so much

Great location, dog friendly

Rooms are smaller and you can hear everything from outside while trying to sleep.

It wasn’t great and i won’t go back u less those things change

The room don’t have any small rag and soap to bathed with and that’s very bad never expect that for the prices for the room

The hotel was closed and we were very surprised to find that out.

Booking .com should have known that this hotel was closed for renovations. We did not stay as they were not open for business.

I book a 1 night room for my 3 children and me, we arrived very tired at 22:00 and the assistant said my reservation was cancelled without notice. That was very irresponsable due to I had to look for another hotel almost at midnight.

Disappointing

The room decor. Olive Green is my favorite color.

Not once in four days time did anyone come to clean the room, empty the trash or ask if we needed clean linen. As a matter of fact, I never saw anyone from housecleaning. A guest should never have to call.

THe hotel is a comfortable place to stay for a night.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There are a lot of dining options in the area of the hotel, and there were some covered parking spots..

Decent hotel for an ok price.

clean and good location

The room smelled like marijuana…thought I would get a contact high it was so bad. It did get better after running the air…or I just became nose blind. Wouldn’t have been an issue if I didn’t have my kids and infant with me.

customer service was good but the hotel itself needs a huge upgrade.

It wasn’t much I liked honestly but the woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind when I was checking in.

It was a issue with the hot water and hotel itself needs an upgrade. The room wasn’t all that clean either. last time I stayed here I was told when checking out it was ashes in the window seal but really the cleaning staff didn’t clean good right there because it was mixed with dust and dirt. the rag on the picture came from the window seal that I cleaned.
