Bonjour,

The breakfast ok the same meal every mourning and not much for diabetic
First one of the agents at the desk very young talking to her boy or girlfriend did not seem very friendly.2.on my bank statement seems no there are 2(two) charges for this room.3 one elevator was out of service then the other one left went out of service and had to walk up and down the 5th floor of stairs.4.The refriegerator is too high and everything I put in it after a few hours is turned to ice

The smell of marijuana throughout the hotel and the questionable location with homeless people all around

The breakfast was good but very limited to what you could get. No milk for cereal, no fruit but a couple pieces. The eggs and gravy was great. Waffles also. Biscuits were hard on bottom. Very great checking and out. One elevator was broken so there was a wait for the one.
The room was out dated. Not really deep cleaned. There was potential mold on one of the pictures in the room. The comforter was torn. There was several rusted things in the bathroom. The carpet was coming up next to the window. The ac was very loud. You would have to turn it completely down to keep the room cool but it you turned it up it was warm in the room. Also the breakfast servers were rude. They were ready to shut it down at 9:45 instead of 10. We stayed 2 nights and the first morning I ask for more gravely and the servers were speaking in a foreign language very fast. I wish I knew what the were saying.

Last week was my third time staying at Comfort Suites Research Park - University. The location is great because it is conveniently near Wal-Mart, Target, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. From my experience, the staff is always friendly and professional. The beds are very comfortable.
I was very upset to find out from the receptionist that, per policy, the housekeeping staff will only clean the rooms every 3 days (along with check-in and check-out, of course). The trash cans in the room were filled up, the bathroom needed cleaning, and the bedding needed to be changed. This is not acceptable. I'm not sure if the pandemic was the reason for the policy change, but it was never like that other times I stayed there in the past. Most of the breakfast was disgusting! The eggs and the sausage patties were bland. There was water (maybe from condensation) at the bottom of the egg tray to where I had to drain the eggs. The waffles, biscuits, and yogurt were really good. Basically, anything that doesn't require much cooking, if any at all, was good. Lastly, there were cigarette buds everywhere. Guests are allowed to smoke outside near the front entrance, but I kept stepping on buds by my car when I left the hotel. In my opinion, the piles of ashes and buds on top of the trash cans made the hotel look bad.

Nothing!
The parking lot at night you come out and smells like weed. The pool was broken. Get to the hallway of my room and there's like food or blood couldn't tell on the wall. In the room the piece where the toilet paper goes is all rusted. The bottom of the tub looked dirty. The microwave I wouldn't use it. The cabinets above the microwave were broken. All the furniture was beat up. The day before we left someone's car was broken into and then the night before we left someone tried to break into my car. Messed up my door lock. I will never I mean never go here again. My boys were even scared at some times. Just not a safe feeling place at all

The staff were not nice and friendly. The night stay was rude. She did not welcome me and she did not thank me. She did not want to talk and she did not smile. She took her sweet lil time coming to assist me when I first arrived. She does not value her job. She makes the hotel look bad because she was not courteous or professional.

It was close to the PNC Pavilion, where we were going to a concert. The beds were comfy.
The ice machine didn't work on the floor I stayed on. Only one elevator was working most of the time. Couldn't sleep because the smoke detector battery on the floor needed to be changed.

The property was clean. The staff was great!!
BEWARE THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED BEHIND A CLUB AND THE PATRIOTS FROM THERE USE THE HOTEL FOT PARKING AND THE GUEST THAT ACTUALLY PAY TO STAY THERE HAVE NO WHERE TO PARK IF THEY GO OUT FOR ANYTHING AT NIGHT!! Because of this it brings unwanted violence to the property
