Nothing.

The pool and the bed
That booking.com pictures are not what the hotel look like now.

Location
The breakfast was ok but badly managed.
3.5
Breakfast was good, location not the best.
Strangers knocking on my door. Even trying to open the door.

Good location, free parking was a plus. Breakfast was decent. Room was quite large with a balcony that overlooked the pool - very pleasant to sit out in the evening or get some fresh air into the room. Beds were comfortable, bathroom shower was walk-in and oversized. Upon check-in Front Desk personnel was incredibly friendly. Overall a great experience
Not truly able to walk to sights - must use your car. If you are sensitive to street noise, the highway is close by and you can hear street noises.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, very clean, good breakfast, good location to all the places we visited during our stay.
The only complaint was the pillows. But that was rectified by the staff giving me another pillow.

The staff was friendly.
This was a horrible experience. The room was disgusting! The walls and doors were filthy with stains. The mattress is covered in old blood and urine stains. The furniture looked like a dog had chewed at it. The shower had mildew stains, the carpet looked like it hadn't been washed in ages. Not to mention it didn't look like it was in a safe place. Outside our window we could see people taking shifts pandering for money. It was all around just bad. My finance and I decided to leave the hotel less than 2 hours after checking in and drove the 2 hours home.

Location convenient to attractions.
The hotel is right off downtown so in a sketchy area. However, the hotel was convenient to downtown attractions and road to Ruby Falls, etc. The rooms are nice sized but the rooms were dark, has false walls that gave in when you just put your hand there to steady. The breakfast was decent and fair selections. We arrived late at night so hotel didn't look that great...morning was better. Not sure that I would stay there again.

Funky vibe, historical building, comfy bed, amazing homemade raspberry syrup, best cheese curds I’ve tasted in Wisconsin and very friendly, customer focused front desk and bartenders. Even though we didn’t valet(parked for $16.99 in the parking structure next door), the valets were so polite and welcoming.
Nada, everything was great.

So cute and modern
Nothing it really was a great place to stay can’t wait to stay again soon.

Easy in and out. Accommodating. Close to everything. Some would say it's not the greatest area, but I wasn't bothered. It's right across the street from everything that's up an coming, which is moving that way... I felt safe as a single person.
The bedding was comfortable. Andy and Kimberly were amazing and so kind and helpful.
It's an older hotel that's been renovated, like an old Days Inn or similar. No crazy smells. Everything was clean. It's not bougie by any means, but it's a great value and a great location, and the staff is lovely. They have a good breakfast that is served until 10am! Thank you for not cutting it off at 8 or 9 for some of us not so early people!!
The pool looks great, although it was not in season. There are ice machines on every floor, so that was convenient. Easy enough for services to access, so ordering DoorDash, etc, wasn't an issue. Many restaurants and convenience items are in walking distance - like less than a 1/2 mile...
Another reason I loved it is because they still have balconies in some rooms!! I love to be able to go outside without having to go down, out, take the key, etc... So thank you!!
One thing I'd change immediately... Check out between 11 and 12, late checkout 1.
Overall, great experience.
Again, Andy and Kimberly!!! So, so kind and accommodating.
I will stay again.

The staff are mostly always friendly. The breakfast is enjoyable and the place for the most part is clean.
Needs some updating but it is very doable the way it is.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and good parking.
That we got charged for our Servive dog, that was really bad!

Breakfast was just okay.... however, love the location. we attend concerts at the Signal and this is a great place to crash , close to the venue. Staff are super friendly!
Breakfast was just okay... know it's about what's going on in the city, but we were very happy with the price we paid in Dec. Back in Spring and price is significantly higher for that time. Wish there was more price consistency, or perks for repeat customers.

Excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were a perfect softness and the facilities were up to date and clean. The room had a microwave and fridge (didn't get cold) and plenty of pillows.
The location isn't great. Could hear every emergency vehicle throughout the night. Not a walkable area as the neighborhood hasn't had an update in decades and very run down. Good enough if you have a car.

i didn’t like anything at all
The hotel was a mess and filthy. The front desk guy was very disrespectful to me and my fiancé and hung up on me when i was talking.
3.5
Bed was comfy
Everything was a little dated but clean. The shower was really squeaky because it was a drop-in that was installed in place of the original tub. It's not a great install, but it works.

It was in a poor part of town but it surrounding is a fence so it’s all good
Staff was great , room had private balcony

The look…
Looks Tom have been an older hotel then renovated. Clean!

The price
The room smelled moldy and it was very overwhelming.

The breakfast was a great hot breakfast. The outdoor pool was 12ft deep and very clean. Rooms were sound proof with in and outside traffic. Laundry room very clean and easy to use. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
The balconies could have used outdoor chairs.

Made a reservation two weeks in advance to celebrate my birthday. Called the day before to confirm and asked the front desk about hotel policy since I booked through a third party. During the call I provided my address to find the reservation and nothing was mentioned about a fee for being local. I arrived the next day (7/23/23 around 4:00 pm) present my license and was told there is an additional $250 hold fee for having a local address. Before I could even respond the employee said "no accommodations." I fully respect a business's policy but as a guest it is all about how an employee treats you. I do not have a customer's always right mentality, I was professional and expected the same attitude. I did not ask for a discount on the room rate, to waive the fee completely, or had any outrageous demands. The tone in which the employee used was dismissive and offensive ranting about if he could accommodate the fee for me it would jeopardize his job. I just wanted clarification from management. It's not like I was looking for a handout, I was told that they can't be bothered on the weekend. This employee was the same employee I talked to the day before and this policy was never mentioned when I asked. This policy is not even on the website nor could customer relations find this policy

Everything
Nothing at al! Great place!

staff was great, kids loved the pool, washers and driers
the bed skirt had something spilled all over it.
3.5
Not too far from downtown and free parking. All the other hotels in the area were 3X the money for an event so this was close and reasonable for the money.
3.5
The location was great. We were able to walk just 0.5 miles down the street to Station Street. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Our room was clean, but you could tell some parts were outdated. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was very friendly!
We didn't not like anything, but just think some updates need to be made. For example. the door to our room was very hard to open because it was scraping against the door frames. Our TV cabinet drawers also wouldn't stay shut which wasn't a big deal, but just another thing that could be updated.

Comfy bed, amazing shower
