Enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga but will never choose Holiday inn again

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel

The bed was the worst that we slept in the air conditioner sound like the space shuttle taking off and the commode ran constantly off and on parked in valley and my car was covered and bird poop.

Very well located and very tidy hotel.

Poor breakfast options and the they did have a way to keep the “hot” options on the menu warm. Also they only have valet parking for $25 a day.

I’ll be back to stay because the staff went out of their way to assist me and my family member!

Across the street and a better value than the hotel that my work was located. The staff was exceptional, friendly and accommodating. I will stay there again.

I liked everything except that I think their front lobby and coffee area needs updating. It does not give a great impression when walking in.

Great location ! Incredibly nice staff at the desk & valet.

Long wait for the valet-only parking. We were basically stuck because there was only one attendant and about 8 cars waiting. Our room was really humid & a funky odor came out of the a/c all weekend.

This hotel was comfortable, clean and met our needs for a one night stay downtown

Location is great. Restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance.

Clean, rooms felt newly appointed, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was great.

Cable TV felt pretty dated, couple of wall mounted fixtures loose in the room

I will likely return!

Nice hotel. Centrally located in downtown within a 10 to 15 minute walk to UT Chattanooga. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Offered a great breakfast that was included in the room. There are several restaurant options within a few blocks of the hotel.

My only qualm is that it is a Brazilian Steak House, so not ideal for dinner for everyone. I was located next to the elevators, so it was a bit noisy. But we're learned to travel with a portable white noise machine, so it wasn't a problem for me.
