The hotel was very luxurious. The room was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The bed was large and comfortable and the blackout curtains kept it dark while sleeping. They have great restaurants with delicious food. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is in a beautiful location on the river near lots of shops, restaurants, and venues.

Great location, great breakfast menu and service.
Such a nice property but cheap toilet paper—-come on guys—-try going to Costco and buy some decent TP! You cut the corner on the soap—-so use some of that savings on the TP!

The breakfast was good and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The rooms were very comfortable.
The room had several issues including a slow bathroom drain in the sink, a broken hand-held shower handle, and the refrigerator was not plugged in upon arrival (I plugged it in and water spilled all over the floor from the fridge drain). Additionally, the rooftop restaurant had only bar food and in my opinion should have included one or two main courses for those who did not wish to go elsewhere for a full dinner.

Location and vibe was great. The Bed was comfy.
The pool, was sooo small and so shallow. One of the things I booked the Edwin for was cuz it had a cool pool, but it was like a kiddy pool. Great that it was on the roof, but only kids were in it and an adult would have to stand in about thigh deep water if they went in. So I think I over paid.

Peeling paint in room. Trash everywhere. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and property - great location!
Ordered extra services - chocolate strawberries and Moscow mule to be in room. Both were late and delivered separately about an hour apart. Moscow mule came in bottles that needed a bottle opener- none was delivered- ended up just bringing home. Was not worth the $80.00 paid for this service!

The location
I did not have towels when I arrived. Also our shower was broken and had to sleep the 1st night with a continuous dripping sound... we returned late to the hotel so we could not get fixed until next day. For the cost I paid I expected more from this hotel

Bath amenities, comfy bed, ability to get room service.
Felt like the design details were off… trying to be a W from 2005 a bit.

Location, comfort of the room, art, staff
The dining service on Sunday we've was a horror show......unbelievable for a high quality establishment. REduclulously long wait for a drink (12 hour) and the food was missing ingredients (no asparagus in the salmon "pasta" which was really a grain), so they finally brought me a side dish of asparagus. Ho salt or pepper available. Just a comedy of errors.

Beautiful decor and art! love how close it is to the pedestrian bridge, shops, and dining.
I wish the pool was a little larger.

I really liked the boutique style of the property. I loved how it was so close to the bridge and river as well as restaurants and local shops.
The pool was tiny. I’m not sure if that was just a kiddie pool and the main pool was somewhere else but that had to be the smallest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
Our shower had a good bit of mold along the edges of the floor and walls. Pretty gross and disappointing for as much as we paid to stay there.

The hotel was very nice.
My family was a guest at the hotel for prom night. Upon arrival, the manager of the valet parking was very welcoming and nice. I give the front desk a 5 out of 10. Later that evening, when my daughter was dressed and went downstairs, the crowd was very large outside the hotel. By the time the manager of the valet parkiny wasn't present. The other employee was very rude and started yelling for us to leave. I understand other people not staying at the hotels needed to not hang around, but I booked a stay for a reason. The police were also called, but once the police found out I was a guest it was not much he could do. I understand the rules of the hotel and how it is when prom night is around, but I was very unhappy with the valet parking when the manager was not around. the service was phonemmnal when the manager was present and I really appreciate him for that. I'm a guest and an adult. You do not yell at me because you are frustrated with the crowd outside. I hope my next stay is more pleasant. I didn't formally meet the young lady that was the manager of the hotel but she did let the police know since I was a guest that I was okay to continue taking pictures outside for a few more minutes.
