Very clean. Location. I have never had a bad stay and have stayed here many times. Staff is wonderful. This was my first time with any issues.

Coffee horrible. Vacuuming hallway at 7:30am on Friday of my stay. Because i was still sleeping in am when room service came, they never came back to clean room. Had room 100 handicap and bathroom door locked my husband in twice! Risk Hazzard.

average to poor property, quite overpriced thru booking

room was clean

no hot water for showers. front desk said they could have given us another room to take a shower in. no toiletries, dispensers were empty. room cost about $60 per night more than holiday express standard room charge.

Great place to get your money's worth.

Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Our room was clean as were the other areas in the hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

Nice staff, building itself and room getting a bit worn and needing maintenance.

The room was neat and clean. Staff was very nice, attentive and friendly, especially the front desk.

The property itself is getting a bit run down in appearance. In particular, the bathroom in my king room was badly in need of renovation, with old, moldy grout in the shower stall, which gave an unpleasant impression. All the other Holiday Inn express properties I’ve stayed at have been immaculate. This one is showing wear, with scuffs in the wallpaper in common areas and the elevator, for example. However, apart from the shower situation, the room was clean and nice.
