It was an emergency trip for me but i really expected better

I had to leave early in the am for a doctor appointment and breakfast wasn’t open

Would not stay here again. Gross place

No hot water. Check in was delayed. Room was freezing. Hair all over bathroom. Hole in wall

The room and facilities were not nasty dirty, but they were not clean. The bathroom had issues.

The staff was friendly and accommodations were acceptable. Breakfast was not fancy but was acceptable. The bathroom had some issues. Overall, the room was okay, but not spotless clean.

The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was not working (a simple bottle of soap on the counter and the plunger was broken) and the lid was screwed off so a person could pull the top off and get soap from the tube. The soap should have been replaced with a new bottle. There was also some dirt on the floor in the shower, as if someone was walking in there with dirty shoes.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good

I requested an early check in and got there 2 hours later and a room was still not ready at 2 pm. Kinda bad had to ride around with my luggage all day with my family since no room was ready. Checked in finally at 11pm

Had to pay for extra room hum. Not good

Upon arrival I had requested accommodations for two queen beds and one sofa bed. Well I had to rent another room because they only had one king and a sofa bed. It cost be another $170. Just so we could all have a bed. Luckily my daughter is old enough to have separate room with her daughter. So Paul said there was really nothing he could do Upon checking out the young lady was very apologetic.

Location was great very close to my daughter. Staff was very friendly and nice and son loved the pool.

Room had a very musty smell thru out stay and looked like refrigerator had not been clean prior to arrival. The floor in front of fridge was sticky and TV would go black after watching for about 20 minutes. Did tell front staff 1st night there however nothing got done. :(

Disappointing

breakfast was great and the staff was nice

room and hotel is very dirty. room was not cleaned before we got there the beds were made and that’s it having stains and dirty sheets on them with hair all over. place is run down not worth $200 a night

It was right off the highway and it seemed like a safe location It had dove products to shower with the staff was very sweet, kind and helpful

my room wasn’t really clean :/ I didn’t feel like I could sleep comfortably because all I could think of was that it wasn’t very clean. The walls are SUPER thin. I had to call the front desk at 12am to have the room next to me put the volume down on their tv. There’s only ONE person working the desk which sucks for them because then the poor staff person is super overwhelmed :( Maybe that’s normal for hotels but I felt bad for them so i tried not to bother. overall I regret spending almost 200 dollars for an experience like that. I wish the room would’ve been waaaay cleaner for 200

I love that it was so quiet and peaceful. The room looked very clean! Everything was perfect, although the location wasn’t the best for where I was going(downtown) but it didn’t matter to me since It was so comfortable. Will go again!

Food was good

Very bad mattresses on sofa bed and they don't have pillows, we booked for 10 people 2 rooms and got only ,8 pillows when we asked for extra pillows they told they are out of it, I cant believe that, I will never go back there and not going to use the Booking.com service again.
