Was ok. Price was high for what type of room I ended up with
I booked in advance and had requested a single King bed and needed a handicap shower for safety. Didn't get either. Received a message and told they couldn't fulfill my request. If I had realized this sooner I would have looked for another place. For $300. With parking garage included in that price I could have found someplace else. I'm sorry they got over booked.

L’emplacement la propreté et silencieux
Les rideaux ou stores pas très occultant

Beds were comfortable.
Massive construction in front we were not told about. HIE charged us for parking when we first couldn’t even get in the garage then took Ubers to not have to deal with the mess of construction. When asked about this they really didn’t seem to care or take responsibility for any of i. Pool and hot tub were not inviting and we did not use them for that reason.
4.3
Nice and clean
There was construction right in front of the hotel.
4.3
The location is great, close to many activities and shops and it close to the freeway.
Don’t like that you have to pay for parking. I’m already paying to stay there why do I also have to pay to stay in the hotel parking garage.
4.3
Wonderful breakfast and what a bonus to be included.
We stayed only one night so not enough time to really answer this question; BUT since you asked, a smart TV would have been nice to wind down with a show on Netflix where we could sign into our own accounts to do so.
4.3
It was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great.
You have to pay $20 to park. Why on earth should you have to pay for parking when you’re already paying $240 for one night??? On top if that, they don’t have enough parking so if it’s full (which it was) you have to walk a block + and park in public parking and pay $25. Ridiculous! This should be disclosed prior to booking.
4.3
Spacious rooms, good shower. Offered a few gluten free breakfast options.
Paid parking was small for the volume of the hotel
4.3
I thought the breakfast options were great
The location was quite far from the airport for the time that we arrived which was after 2:30 AM
4.3
The location and breakfast.
The mattress was stained and house keeping came knocking at our door at 9:00 am and tried to open the door.
4.3
The hotel in itself is good. The room I got was very big, comfortable and clean.
The reception staff wasn't the best.
4.3
4.3
Spacious and clean room. Helpful front desk staff. Central location: easy airport access and walking distance from Temple Square and the State Capitol.
Breakfast: plastic plates and plastic cutlery, lukewarm food, limited fruit (all gone 1h after breakfast started). Pricing is high for solo traveler.
4.3
Close to the Huntsman and restaurants
Reserved the executive king room and was given a king room. And staff tried telling it was bigger when I’ve stayed and had the king suite numerous times. Asked for a handicap shower chair and was never brought one. I’ve always enjoyed my stay I go through booking.com and was able to get the room upgrade was not worth it I paid more money for a regular king.
4.3
The pool and hot tub was great and so was the breakfast!
The don’t have dark curtains in the rooms so it stays pretty bright.
4.3
Good position and breakfast
Housekeeping knocking at 8.30 am

The location is excellent, and the beds were among the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. Everything about the visit was great.
I have no complaints. Easy to check in, easy to check out, room was great!
4.3
Fantastic Breakfast. Quiet, Clean Room. Easy Parking in your on-site Garage.
We wished that the Travel Brochure display had info for SLC & the nearby area instead of Arizona & Nevada. We went to concerts on Sat & Sun nights but we would have liked suggestions for the days of things that we could do in SLC.
4.3
The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was really good.
I had to pay for parking.
4.3
Clean good view breakfast
No room service
4.3
Great location. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds with soft sheets & pillows
That I had to pay for parking this year. I could’ve sworn last year it was free parking. Plus One night there were no parking spots left for my car to park legally. Wish the TVs had an option to sign into Netflix or Prime.
4.3
the location and the front desk staff!
breakfast was space by a little before 9. and housekeeping was at the door by 8am when check out was 11.
4.3

Fridge/Microwave/Coffee Machine
Cleanliness
Staff aren't that friendly. Interactions are purely transactional. Example from the restaurant...
Me: "Excuse me?"
Staff: "Yes?"
Me: "Do you have any butter?"
Staff: "No, we've run out"..
There is never a "good morning" or "how are you today?"..
The ceilings in the rooms are quite low and the main lighting is only from bedside lamps and a floor lamp so the room always feels dim.
This is also an environmentalist nightmare. Plastic plastic everywhere!! Plastic cutlery, plastic cups, wrapped in plastic. The breakfast area also has a "In case you forgot" area where there is loads of extra plastic cutlery to use and take away. The recycling bin was closed off with a "wet floor" sign so I'm guessing nothing was recycled that day. The only saving grace was the reusable toiletries in the bathroom.
The fridge in the room and heater also has a loud humming noise so if you are sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs.
4.3
location. cleanliness. lovely staff
price and no bar
4.3
Perfect location, incredibly clean and modern, cozy room, great shower and heater in room, great breakfast.
4.3
Central location, offered a room on a higher floor and was able to check in early. Friendly staff. Basic type accomm, but was great for what we needed.
Nothing, would choose to stay there again.
4.3
The hotel location was perfect. Gluten-free breakfast options were surprisingly good, oatmeal, bread (with a separate toaster), muffins, cookies, and more.
Not much to complain about, except the fire alarm was triggered by something during the night. Likely not a regular event.
4.3
friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Parking available (paid). Excellent location close to everything, including walking distance to Temple Square and city center and short drives elsewhere. Big rooms, comfy beds, good heating and blackout curtains.
nothing
