The rooms were very clean.
Beds were not very comfortable. Beverage machine dispensed hot, flat sodas. Breakfast options were just enough to call it breakfast; seemed like options were as undesirable as possible. Pool was closed and doors to parking lot were locked so you were forced to exit and enter through the front lobby and walk around the building.

The manager let us check in early.
It was dirty, the room smelled, our door didn’t lock correctly. We found roaches in the room and bathroom. The staff said there was nothing they could do about it.
5.0
The room was good, the AC worked great!
The pool was dirty and hot and the jacuzzi sucked mainly bc it didn’t have no water the whole time we were there!

Very clean rooms.
The "breakfast."
5.0
did not eat, beds ok
didn't realize no elevator! slightly disabled seniors, but we managed 4 bags up/down exterior stairs
shower handle VERY hard to pull out, wife could not do it. Room door did not have secondary interior lock
Cover was falling off the AC
Only part of the TV remote worked, had to use cable control box for most of the functions

I liked the location. It was very convenient being around good places and the freeway.
I unfortunately didn’t like the size of the beds. They’re for sure too small especially if you’re fitting 2 people in one. Also has a very odd smell. As soon I walked in the room there was a smell.

Not much the cooler work fine, bed was clean, tv cable box was very hot, sound the TV was muffled. Ro
Room: was upstairs, no elevator, no coffee in the room. Very little continental style breakfast I wouldn't stay there again

Very Clean. Because of the cleanliness, I will stay here again despite some of the shortcomings.
For the price this place is short on amenities. An elevator would have been nice when carrying luggage. No coffee in the room. Only two bath towels. No cups nor ice bucket in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for cups, the response was less than friendly and I felt like I was bothering him. Chain lock did not exist, so limited feeling of security. Light and bed table only on one side of the bed. Pillows were small and insufficient. Again, these 'complaints' would not have been an issue for a lower price. We paid, including tax $109. My opinion from a consumer's point of view, approximately $69 would have been about right. $79 at most considering the lack of amenities.

Everything. The best and most rest I have had in a long time. This place allowed me to be stress free and was able to recharge the batteries for the next adventure in life. Met new friends with staff and guest. Learn new things. It's awesome .
I kept missing breakfast.

they are remodeling but it will look really nice soon :)

They can at least state that breakfast is yogurt and an apple. That the orange juice is pure water.

location was decent and had food close by..
we weren’t informed about the renovation going on… I’m sure it will benefit greatly in the future but staying in a construction zone was not fun.. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere, the price was not discounted at all.. Also the breakfast was a joke.. No coffee, a few muffins and some yogurt.. didn’t even bother to look at the pool which had old mattresses piled up in the corner… We also had to change rooms due to safety.. our room connection door to the next door room had no working lock, and anyone could easily access it from the other room.. also the back door access panel was broken and anyone could come in, card or not.. the two bed rooms should have queen sized beds not double’s, it would make a huge difference…

The beds were small, breakfast was muffins and oatmeal.
They were remodeling and the hotel was a mess. Did not bother to try to keep the remodel clean.

only good thing about he property was the indoor pool for my son.
there was construction going on and it was a mess. when we got there no one was at the front desk we had to wait a while to check in.
it was not secure, anyone could walk in through the back door it didn’t need a key card because it was broken.
the website said continental breakfast but the juice machine was broken, and all they had was apples.

Absolutely nothing.
To start of the online post stated that I booked a smoking room - just to be told that they don’t have smoking rooms.. that was unfortunate but we’ll deal with that. But then there was construction going on upstairs right next to our room so we got to hear power tools early in the morning and just felt very disappointed in spending money on this hotel. But to make matters worse we had two different people walk in our room while we were sleeping.. by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Would not stay there again.
4.0
Convenient location.
Door to room was very hard to close and made me feel unsafe at night.
8.0
It was close to Walgreens and Buffalo wild wings. The room was cleaned every day and the staff was really helpful.
The breakfast didn't have top many options. Some eggs and bacon would've been nice.
