The cleanliness is satisfied, and the breakfast is good. -lucy
The WiFi is so bad, and I just can’t use it.

Pool was closed- would have been nice to have had that info in the booking site.

Place was clean and quiet. The room was inside, private and secure. I saw they have a gym, I would have used it but didn't have the time. Looked good from the door though.
The one thing that was a bit of a nuisance was the nathroom door. It was loud, creaked when opening or closing it. The shower could use some shelves or a caddy for shampoo soap etc.other than that everything was great.

The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like how dirty the room was, from the floors to bugs. Additionally, issues with keys multiple times and the gym was old with broken equipment.

they were updating everything so it had a clean new feel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It was dusty due to renovations- and so it would have been nice to be informed of this.

according to your information online and at the time that I booked the room everything was in working order. I get there and there was remodeling going on. I specifically booked motel with a pool, the pool was closed. Thursday- Sunday there was no housekeeping, that meant no clean towels, sheets, toilet paper. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay.

Although the rooms are aging and show wear, it’s all clean and comfortable.
The breakfast room needs to be redone. tape should not be used to hold the seams of the wallpaper.

Did not eat breakfast as we slept in. Was not waken up by cleaning staff which was nice. For the price paid, in relation to other motels in Artesia, this was a value! Thank you.

It was easy to find. The parking was good.
I wish I could include photos. The second bed appeared to have been laid on compared to the first bed. There was a "suspicious" hair on the toilet. I had funeral arrangements to attend to and did not have time to react. The bed felt like an old fashioned coil mattress. I made coffee the next morning and it was full of some kind of curd, absolutely undrinkable. Again, I wish I could send the photo. Then I found curly black hairs under the rim of the sink, so obviously the sink was not cleaned well. I did show the photos to the clerk as I was leaving. She said she would talk to the house keeper. I chose not to partake of breakfast because I was worried about cleanliness in that area.

The north end access door lock was not working properly preventing us from getting into the property at that location. Our room was closer to this door & was very inconvenient to our coming & going at this property.
