My room had no bathroom. I had to go into hall to use the facilities.

It is great location and the property is well maintained. The room is comfortable and the bed and bedding are amazing!
Breakfast was fairly sparse, all cold items on the buffet. The Christmas cookies on Sunday morning were fantastic, a nice surprise. We had no bar soap in the bathroom until Saturday afternoon. There is no real common area where you can relax and meet other guests.

very cozy hotel with a very classic ambiente. perfect location in Provincetown. Most things are within 15 min walking distance or less. Parking lot is 5 min (of walking) away. You can (un)load your vehicle right in front of the hotel. Extremely comfortable beds. Good self service breakfast.

Clean and quiet and a great location!
I'm old fashioned, I expect a friendly gay man or couple running a bed and breakfast in PTown. I assumed someone named Paul would be there to greet me, I texted the number on the sign but got no response. Someone did eventually assist me, he was kind and helpful. The house is beautiful but has a motel feel. I would stay again, definitely. I just expected more of a B&B and got a pretty motel.

We liked the breakfast and availability of soft drinks. Location was great.
I wish there had been shade on both sides of the patio in the afternoon as the shaded area filled up and the other choice was sitting in the sun.

Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. The owner does an incredible job of making sure you have all your needs and makes your stay as easy as possible. We definitely plan on coming back!
Nothing! Dont change anything! It's absolutely perfect.

Location, host, value for money.
Just being picky, but the bed was too high for us, made it a bit scary to fall of if we rolled at night.

It was our first time at Prince Albert and were not disappointed at all. Right from the beginning the communication went well. Paul gave us the right information for arriving and parking and even coordinated that same day to make sure our check in would go smooth. He also checked with us a couple of times during our stay even tough he had his hands full with some prepping for spring/summer in the place. We went off season, so the place and area was quite, which is what we wanted; but if we could go again in the summer it would be wonderful to hang out in the lovely front and back patios. The rooms were very spacious, the bathrooms pretty modern and the bed was very comfy! We loved having a mini-fridge in the room and the fact that we could go down to get ice and coffee during the day.
Although the space has plenty of relaxing areas outside; we kind of wished there was a lounge-living area for those rainy days inside. Just a wish; as we truly enjoyed our stay!
