Great location! Very clean and convenient. Staff was friendly.
A bit loud early in the night but not a surprise given the location.
5.0
Amazing location on Commercial St but away from noise and crowds. Staff was exceptional: Eddie, Sophie, Josh, Gio made our stay so very wonderful with the warmest of welcomes, great conversation and recommendations l.
Rooms were clean but need small updates. We had 2 joining rooms but no mirror in one.

It is right in the center of commercial Street so that you can walk anywhere you want to go property is also clean and they have a really great and wonderful manager name Kevin Street she made my visit even better. He was very accommodating, and cares about his job
Coffee? by Kevin help me with that

Large rooms
There is no isolation between the rooms, so you hear every shower or toilet from above or besite - its horrible!

we would have loved to stay in Pilgrim House … but at arrival it seemed the weren’t expecting us ????
errors can occur. we appreciated that they booked us in an other hotel but that wasn’t in the citycenter and we dere there in Womens week our choice for Pilgrim House was a very obvious LGBTQIA choice…

perfect location. Very clean.

the restaurant and bar were never open for business
4.0
Pilgrim House is a fairly sizeable hotel (large, for its location) right in the absolute heart of downtown Provincetown. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and quiet even in this busy location. The free wi-fi was very handy. The hotel has its own lounge and bar, and specializes in performances, including piano bar and drag shows. These are very popular, and despite their good attendance I was never troubled by any noise.

location and cleanliness
nothing

No breakfast. Sewer problem. No restraurants were open close to us and the hotel shut down bar and kitchen. Also had to ask for towels because they could not use the washers.
If it wasn't completely shut down. Unable to go into the water at all.

super location, Tristan was super sweet and helpful.
the room had a terrible odor and the carpet was perpetually wet.
5.0
Excellent central location, walkable to virtually everything. There is a town beach across the street on the harbor. The ocean is a bike ride/car ride. This hotel is also one of the main entertainment venues in town so there is always something to see.
3.5
location
Outdated, very outdated, thin walls, noisy….did I already say how outdated this place is for their daily rates?
2.5
Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Great location.
Apart from the room and the shows this hotel has nothing to offer and has lost its potential. There is no atmosphere, the lobby bar is not open, there is no breakfast and the staff is hardly attentive. For the price they charge you would expect a lot more at any hotel.
5.0
location,
that I had to pay extra for a coffee maker in my room. I looked online and it said there were keurigs. I would have brought my own had I known.
