Great breakfast, yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins and bagels. Cold brew coffee on tap!
Room was a bit dark. Bed is on a platform and all furniture in room is low to ground. Could be challenging for people with mobility issues, but I found it very comfortable.

The view was beautiful and peaceful and we had the most relaxing time. The staff were wonderful and accommodating and so friendly. We truly appreciated all the little details they provided like the s'mores at the fire pit and the scrumptious breakfast. We will be back!!

Superbe View and very friendly staff - great breakfast served outside
We really liked the very safe bonfire, the marshmallow, the wine tasting and the fantastic view from the room.
cleaning staff were not so friendly ...

The location was great and the view was beautiful.
the room design is not functional. there is very little room to store bags or place your belongings. The lighting design is lacking - poor for applying makeup, no light in the closet area.

location
the pillows were to flimsy and the bed was too low and difficult to get out of especially for a person with chronic upper and lower back pain

This Motel is well located with great views of the Cape. It is a short walk to Commercial Street. The room was clean and a good size. It was comfortable and the decor was modern and quite quirky (in a good way) There are cruiser bikes available. There is free Tea and Coffee available.
Even by Boston standards this is very expensive, and there are none of the facilities that I would expect for $400 per night (no dining area, no overnight staff, no gym). The breakfast was good, but the serving area is cramped and everything is served on disposable cups and plates - generating a lot of waste. You had to eat breakfast on benches outside the front of the building.

The staff was excellent, very welcoming and helpful. You never waited for anything. Breakfast was over the top ! Everything was fresh and perfect. although the room size seems small, they have really done a great job utilizing every nook for either storage or comfort. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up! It is in a beautiful setting with spectacular sunsets and sunrises, complete with a posh pool area and fire pits that are lit nightly around sunset. I would say that this is an adult hotel, although children are welcome. It's a special place and the room pricing reflects that. Its romantic and quiet, you are well taken care of and sleep in luxury. Its beautifully situated and free bikes from the hotel make it convenient to get to town. I can't say enough great stuff AWOL
I wish the room prices were cheaper, but it really is one of the more luxurious places in Provincetown. Ive stayed all over.

The pool was very nice and I liked the balcony bed. The breakfast was also good and the view of the marshes was very pretty. The staff were very nice and helpful. They always greeted us warmly and had good suggestions.
The bathroom was tiny and dark with nowhere to put toiletries, our shower didn't drain well (standing ankle deep in water even after we told the front desk,) wallpaper peeling off, overall not a very comfortable place to stay. We heard footsteps next door and the woman staying below us asked my husband to walk barefoot and walk more softly in the morning since his footsteps woke them up from above. The website shows a chic, minimalist, romantic, zen hotel that allows well-behaved kids that shouldn't disturb the experience of the other guests. But there were lots of kids at the hotel from ages 2 to about 14 and it was loud at the pool at times, lots of "mama, mama" and jumping in. Once you allow kids, you can't help but ruin the zen. It's fine but don't advertise a quiet romantic stay.

It's a nice, laid back, place. The rooms all face the bay which offers some glorious sunsets and delicious sunrises. We had a wonderul weather, which helps enjoying the front garden. There were nice touches here and there during the stay, such as the coffee, tea, water on tap, the marshmallows and fires in the evenings, the nice breakfasts with bagels and toats... The rooms are nice: well appointed and clean. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice too
The disposable wares for breakfast. unfriendly to the environment. In a place like Ptown and in times like ours, we were surprised

in the middle of the night our room was freezing although the temp read 75 degrees.
