The location, the amenities, the room, the attached parking garage, the complementary drinks and snacks, the restaurant was fire 🔥
The immediate area around the hotel was clean and well kept. It was a short walk to the art museum where our event was.
Upon arrival, it was raining outside, and there was no way to get into the door to the hotel from the parking garage without a key card, so we had to go all the way around in the rain. There is an old intercom there, it did not work. That was pretty disappointing.
Secondly, the bathroom wasn’t totally clean. There was a splatter against the wall next to the vanity, one sink wasn’t cleaned out, there was sand and tiny pebbles on the floor. It was very awkward going up to the fourth floor to check in. I’m not exactly sure what that’s all about, but I certainly thought that check-in down where the valet and parking garage entrance would have been more appropriate.
4.1
The room and how it was set up
The tub was cracked and the tub stopper was not stopping. The drains in the shower and the tub looked crusty and had a white film on it

The location is great. Th staff was extremely nice. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic.
Nothing.

This is by far the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The staff, especially everyone at the front desk are amazing. Since the hotel is part of the art collection, they provide transportation to the museums. Rooms are well appointed, robes, coffee, water, soda. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Individual Air conditioning control. Great fitness room. Good location, next to Denver's contemporary art museum. Restaurants, 16th St mall, larimar square within walking distance.
The restaurant is good, limited selections, but very well made, slow service.

Location was excellent. Restaurant was open late and delicious. Rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Beautiful interior design and the art installations were a treat.
Nothing.

What breakfast. Not even coffee unless you charge to 4oom for,$6
Coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast or even coffee. Rude employee when I asked if there was free coffee.

no issues

hot and cold water were awful- took forever to warm up and was inconsistent.
lack of in-out privileges made parking garage difficult - ended up using Uber to get around which seems crazy when you have a vehicle right there.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean room.

Loved the art on each floor and the view from our room was amazing!!
One night into our 3 might stay the AC went out and it was so hot. It was hotter in the room than on the hallway, very uncomfortable to sleep.

Staff were really kind and thoughtful about their guest. Food was really good as well.
Upon check in then mentioned that the air conditioner is broken in the hotel, but they are working on the system now. They mentioned that they would have more information at 3 pm. In the end, we stayed out of convenience with the air blowing at 60-70% coolness. No opening a window. They took care of our meal for the issue. The food was really good. Lastly, the shower head was dangling/hanging on by one strip of caulk. It still worked.

Everything is a beautiful hotel

Staff were helpful and friendly from check in to valet to bar servers. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. I like the outdoor rooftop patio.
The room refrigerator was noisy and I disliked the blue light! I used earplugs and sleep mask but would have preferred not to have to do so. Also it would be great to not have small bottles of shampoo and toiletries but refillable bottles instead.

The heater in our room malfunctioned so temp never dropped below 83 degrees and made it impossible to sleep.

no parking, $47 valet. everything broken: key reader down, didn’t get key until 10:30 pm. spot on sheets. at one point both elevators were down and we had to use stairs. we are old, not cool.

The hotel was beautiful and the art work was fantastic. Staff was helpful and informative. The small touches, tv welcome, art water bottles, robes were nice.
The off site parking was scary at night and valet parking expensive. The off site parking was unclear when using the app, if you could get it to work.

The AC broke which I know isnt their fault, but my wife and I literally could not sleep one bit as the room was over 75 degrees. They finally had it fixed at 4 AM and we had to wake up at 6 for our flight. We didnt get offered any concessions, not even breakfast or a coffee for the inconvenience and we paid $400 for our stay just to sweat all night
