No stay. Not at any price

Nothing

Nothing dirty urine odor disgusting an insult to the traveler. Barely managed to find another room which was perfect. The place is a disgrace. Canceled our second reservation for a few days later.hno

The rooms where disgusting. We didn't stay and could not get a refund

The location was close to town

My card had been charged before we arrived or I would not have paid. We had 2 rooms both rooms stunk of smoke and mold. They looked shabby although we were told they had just been renovated. The bath tub hadn't been cleaned in years and was coated in moldy scum. The water damaged ceiling tiles were brown and falling into the tub. Both rooms were alike. WE LEFT with no refund from the motel or booking.com.

the location was the best part.

dirty room. tub was unusable. bathroom door didn't close. not sure what the smell was but is was not good.

Great location with laundromat attached and convenience store and food very close. We stayed while cycling the Empire trail and could keep our bikes in the room.

Low cost, but there's a reason for it.

Room was very clean. AC worked well. Refrigerator worked well.

I should have paid more for a different property. Mattress sagged near the edge, curtain rod for shower was loose, electrical outlets have not been moved to reflect our need to charge electronics. A woman in neighboring room was speaking loudly until 1:30 AM - a lot of it outside the room on the exterior corridor, then started yelling at a departing man at 4 AM. I realize that my neighbor's conduct was not the hotel's fault.

Avoid this at all costs!

Mold in the bathroom. Tub was atrocious. 2 pillows for a king-size bed were horrible. Towels were like sandpaper. Bed was awful.

Needed a place to sleep before my long drive home. For the price it could have been better

Staff could have had more of a friendly greeting stood there for abit, carpet didn’t look all that clean, cobwebs on curtain, one towel in bathroom was already wet? Shower head was dripping.

Inexpensive older motel that met our needs for an overnight stay on a bike trip

Older motel, old bathroom fixtures, but very low price. There was a convenience store and restaurant across the parking lot. We were able to keep our bicycles in the room with easy outside entry.

Key entry to room, no breakfast. Slow Wifi.

What breakfast, there was none.

They need to get new beds, we had no lamps just a big light on the wall, and the wifi was awful

They let us check in early and a good price

The fridge has duct tape on the inside of the door, the room door around the lock is broke luckily the door still locked ,the tub looks really dirty from the stains and the toilet is stained and should be replaced

The best thing was the Star Cafe next door. I was biking from Buffalo to Albany and the cafe is a nice place for breakfast, with local character.

Facility is old and dirty. I did not dare going barefeet on the floor. I stayed there on a Sunday night and there was a party going on the other side of the building. I encountered 3 staffs (3 different shifts) amd they were all friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations completely adequate especially for price.

There was some noise outside and some less than desirable language but I don't think that is the fault of the business.

Unpleasant

We were able to check in early because we were attending an event and wouldn’t be back til late.

They charged my card at 7am on the day of arrival BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THERE!!!! The bedding was stained and had cigarette burns. We arrived after 11pm to find our door with a lock over the door knob. This was due to a mistake at check in by the employee. They didn’t even bother to call me about the issue, instead I had to deal with the hassle after all day!!!!!

There was a huge spider on my pillow the door knobs entering the room were not only stuck they were filthy blankets are dirty plugs don’t work. I’m here with family and my 9 month old They have a good staff it’s no reason for the room to look like this.
