Home away from home! SBV is the best! I will be back as always!

The second elevator has been out for some time now. Excessive wear and tear in the remaining elevator could present problems in the future. Would have to hate to take the stairs.

Perfect location, great size rooms, will stay again.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. Great size room, quiet building.

There was no broom in the room to sweep up the sand from the beach. The building is older so the shower takes a few minutes to get hot. Just run it before you get in and it’s fine.

Place is amazing, cool location

everything was great

I didn’t like the way you have to wait for someone to let you in your room upon checking in, as well as the jets in the jacuzzi not working in the suite.

Very comfortable and spacious room, good view, very few hotels with that layout in Miami.

very large room, very clean, great pool and hot tub. large, sunny terrace. Much more space than a regular hotel room

Never staying again

I had. Horrible experience at this hotel..for two hours I couldn’t get into my room because they sent me the wrong code and then nobody answered the messages for hours. Me and my cousin had to break the linens down from one bed because the 2nd didn’t have linen and it’s a 50 dollar charge for it. Talking bout u booked for two people 🙄🙄 but we were 2 people who aren’t sleeping together…they tried to charge me 50$ for a elevator key that was left there and the room wasn’t 100% clean. Yo too it off the parking guy stole 50$ from me

Never again. No one was there to help us and when we finally got a response IN TEXT they were horrid

It was a nice stay just not what I was expecting picking a luxury place, the only luxury was outside

I didn’t have breakfast there and the location was great.

I did not like the room, it was not up to date it had horrible wear and tear in the furniture. The couch cushions were torn really bad and everything was old and outdated, I only enjoyed being outside on the rooftop and sitting on the bed because the furniture was very torn and uncomfortable. The room was narrow and had lots of bulky furniture so it didn’t really make sense to put in such a narrow room.

This hotel sucks and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The location was good. There were several good restaurants and stores in the area. I was not satisfied by the hotel at all. This place was rented out by a third party and no hotel services are available when you use this room.

The hot tub did not work. The tv was not a smart tv and only had limited channels. There was an additional charge of $50 for linen for the sofa bed and when that price was questioned I was told this was a fee for a third person, I explained there was no third person, only me and my son and we did not want to sleep together, I was still told I would be charged the daily $50 charge. The hotel staff or services are not available to anyone using the penthouse, a third party is responsible and they have to be contacted directly for any needs, questions, or concerns.

it was very nice, had a great time.

location was amazing, right on ocean drive! walk everywhere- rooms are sound proof so when it’s time to rest you can even when busy Miami is still awake.

it was not as clean as I would like for the money I paid and let’s add the extra $150 for parking

Nothing it was not a hotel it was private property inside the hotel with no service at all which no one mentioned this neither sbv nor booking

I don’t recommend this hotel to someone staying in South be

I like the location and everything was close to each other like South Beach and the Restaurants.

There was a very strange smell in the Hallway like it smell like poop. I definitely paid more than I should have.

Besides the water issue it was a nice spot and very comfy

The spa shower was the best thing.. it was also quiet and convenient to everything. When booking, review all the instructions on access and communication.. i did not have any problems checking in or out. I notified SBV i was ready to check in while i was at the airport. I was sent my room# and door access code within minutes. The Zocean staff will not assist you with much but when i called my contact during normal business hours i got an answer every time….

Having to use a bunch of towels to get access water off floor.. the drain was super slow so alot of water backed up. I also received a much smaller room than i selected
