Very clean and comfortable. Quick check in process and valet was exceptional.
Very bummed out no Rooftop access during our stay , but was due to a wedding.

It was right across the street from the ball park and we went to a game.
No view. It was a brick wall. They never advertised a view. One of the hand towels had a large hole in it. Something that should have been put in the rag bin. It was very expensive to park but that's just the area.

Friendly Staff. Close to Oracle.
Clean.

location…we stay there because it’s directly across the street from Oracle Park. Staff extremely helpful.
Couldn’t fully control lighting…lights were either all on or all off…much too bright!
Water pressure was just a trickle
Don’t remember either of those “don’t like” issues from previous experiences when staying at Via!

clean and quiet rooms! comfortable bed
- no free water; instead being sold at a high price at the front desk

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, the views from the rooftop bar and a comfortable bed at the end of the day.
The staff was rude, and any concerns I brought up were met with an attitude of inconvenience. The fridge did not work. The hot water does not work. I specifically asked to have my room cleaned every day. On the days it was cleaned, they did not remove dirty dishes or leave me with a clean coffee cup for the next morning. For two days, they completely forgot to clean my room. When I called to complain on the second night, I was told they would arrive in 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later, they arrived, at which point it was pointless, and they still did not leave me with a clean coffee cup for the next morning. The room service is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and I was also overcharged for my stay which I am still attempting to resolve.

great location and close to everything I needed during my stay.

nothing to like about, it’s so different from the pictures.

Hotel is in a good location near the baseball park and I think in the summer would be an excellent location to stay. This time of the year it is very quiet and few people are around so the area while safe feels a little desolate. the hotel itself is quiet and clean. Rooms are nice but plain...there are other hotels in the area with more charm for the same price. The hotel is based on using tech to communicate and unfortunately, the touch pad in the room did not work, meaning you couldn't reach the valet or front desk. Caution...valet parking is unbelievably expensive at $70.00 per night. The hotel is definitely geared to people coming for a ball game. Not sure I would stay again there at this time of the year.
Touch pads in the room to communicate with the staff wasn't working. The interior rooms face a garage across the lane from the hotel...meaning the rooms on that side of the hotel are very dark. the fan in the bathroom didn't turn off at night. The lights were controlled by one switch which either turned everything on or off. there were reading lights on the bed which could be controlled individually. The hotel while sleek looking also looks like it was built cheaply.

They charged me 400 extra after I checked out and they still have not compensated me. It's going on 2 months.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near the baseball stadium, restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc. The rooftop bar was fantastic - great view and excellent cocktails! We will come here again.

The room was comfortable and well decorated.

Love the staff and valet, friendly, helpful made our stay great! Directly accross from Oracle Park about20 minutewalk to Chase Center! Loved being able to use tablet to control everything in the room, male reservations etc without having to pick up phone and wait for someone to answer 🙂
Would like to know more about awards programs and discounts for future stays since this will definitely be my new San Francisco spot. Front desk did not offer any information about any programs to promote more stays.

1 block from appt. location.
Staff was great.
The harmonics from hvac air handlers on adjacent buildings resonated through the walls a bit.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were very clean, and the staff was very courteous and attentive. Our luggage was lost by the airline and the front desk gave us toothbrushes, which was much appreciated. They also checked on us later in the evening to find out if we were able to find our luggage. They were truly concerned about our visit. It meant a lot that they cared.
No complaints. Everything was great.

The location is exact where we needed to be for our vacation. We were across the street from the Giants game we attended, and a short ride from our dinner we had with our daughter and her new husband:). This is our second stay here and as before the staff was exceptional in every way, they really want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel has a perfect modern vibe . We can’t wait to go back!
