Very spacious, and comfortable.

The location of the property is great. Definitely walking distinct to canyon lodge. We were able to sled and snowboard and have a great time. We had 2 eight year old girls and 2 four year old girls and they had a blast.
Check in is too late at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. You basically lose 2 days because of this. We also did not have any firewood in our unit.

Unit could have been cleaner- food under beds- finger nails and debris on nightstand. Hair on pillowcases. there was an ironing board but no iron. ice maker makes a horrible sound when pumping water. Pictures on booking.com are not the pictures of this unit.

During the Winter, this location would be fantastic for skiers and snow boarders! It is right next to a lift. We were here in July.
We didn't stay in the condo I thought we were booking. I was charmed by the pictures shown on the website. After booking/paying I was sent the pictures of a different condo, in the same complex, that we would be staying in, instead. The site could have been more transparent about that because I felt like it was a bait and switch.
The condo doesn't have air conditioning, and it was hot. We opened the windows which helped a bit, but you could hear everything going on in an adjacent condo. It was like they were in the same room as us.
Be sure to wash any dishes before you use them. The glasses had lip marks, finger prints and residue on them, as if they were used and then put back in the cupboard without washing. The silverware and plates had yellow gunk on them as well.
I couldn't hang my clothes in the master closet because it was stuffed with bedding.
Lastly, it was nice that toiletries were provided, but we had all conditioners, no shampoos.

To be quite honest, there wasn’t much to like. Just that the interior was nice and the overall look was very cozy looking.
First of all, the WiFi did not work at all. We used the password and everything that they provided but it didn’t work at all. We called them to fix it and it took them a whole day before it sort of started to work which didn’t last long. It worked for a duration of about three hours and then stopped working again. Second, the air-conditioning. There is no air-conditioner! It can get extremely hot in the rooms and there is no fan, or anything to try and get rid of the heat. Which quickly leads me to our third problem. The showers. To try and mend the heat we tried to shower but the shower wouldn’t work properly either. It wouldn’t give warm water, one room would have extremely cold water or extremely hot water. The rooms were also very dusty and it seemed like nobody dusted it in a long time. The beds were super uncomfortable too, the mattress was completely worn out and you couldn’t even have a good night sleep. You would either be super hot, or sinking into the bed.

Good views, easy parking.
No mention of renovations taking place. Stairs to the condo and hallway outside were bare boards that were in process of being replaced and there was a strong smell. Outdated 100% carpeted and dirty floors. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty pool. Trash was left from previous guests. Dusty dirty surfaces, trash under couches.

Construction and horrible smell
