Great location and rooms the rest is so so

Great location, amazing room with small kitchen and even a stove. Room was very comfortable. Was able to check in earlier.

Breakfast was basic - eggs potato sausages. Not a single vegetable. On Saturday 9am it was a huge mess - bread gone, plates gone, juices finished, filthy tables that nobody cleans - not the experience I expected from this place. And at 11am your key stops working but nobody tells you that so you wait in check out line to reactive the key then wait 10 min in a line to elevators both up and down just to pick up your bags. Very unnecessary delay and could be easily avoided if they can just say that at check in. Front desk stuff did the job but missing the friendliness and welcoming vibe. The lady was searching my first name (I said it twice it’s a first name) and couldn’t find it for a bit and only then told me she apparently needed my last name (how would I know). Decent place, but missing some things.

Great Seattle option

Location near the Paramount. Easy walking distance to many Seattle sights. Parking garage on site. Large lobby. Fast elevators. Comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast.

Awful coffee. No free water in the room. Restaurant is active at breakfast but empty otherwise.

Conveniently located, very good corner room

The hotel location was great, the room size was perfect. A corner room is great, the room was clean and fitted my expectations. Would book there again if given the opportunity

Unfortunately the fridge was rather noisy, it takes some time to get used to it at night. Other than that nothing to report

we would like to stay again to give it another chance because it was such a convenient place to stay In downtown Seattle

the lobby was very nice and orderly. the rooms were clean and well kept. the location was convenient to other downtown amenities.

our door lock (for the room) malfunctioned and locked us out of our room. we had to be relocated In the middle of the night, while all of our belongings stayed in our room. there was no night staff to help.

Not up to Marriott standards

The room and guest experience was great until the day of check out.

The morning of our departure there was no food for breakfast. Really- when we went down at 9:15 (breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00) the scene was utter chaos, No food- tons of people waiting. Finally left and went to Dennys. The response from the hotel was standard form letter- no offer of compensation (a discount on a future stay would have been welcome). To add insult to injury- the charged me for parking (which I did not use). They refunded the parking fee ($108 for 2 days!!) without a hint of an apology. I get it- things go wrong, but where was the manager to take charge? Apologize for the situation? Extend breakfast service by 30 minutes? Tell their guests what to expect? A failure at the highest level.

Parking $45. I hate when urban hotels price gauge or go for the money grab. I am staying at your hotel, let me park for nothing or something more reasonable like $19 or less.

As a former long-time Seattle resident, the hotel is located in an ideal location.

The walkability to multiple stores/attractions/public transportation is excellent.

Not really a big deal, but wish the coffee station in the lobby was available at 5 a.m., rather than 6 a.m.

Very restful

Customer service. They assisted us to make our trip enjoyable by providing us the map with highlighted places that are walking distances from the hotel. We will definitely use this hotel whenever / wherever we travel in the future. It is accessible to all the scenic spot in Seattle. Also, from the airport it is accessible to the train which only cost us $1 each person. Just few blocks away nice to walk after after 5 hours sitting on the plane.

Felt like home for 9 days!

Love the size of our room and how there is a sofa... love the amenities like the gym, parking ,and laundry area. Like the comfy pillows and it is really great that we have a small but useful kitchen! Super appreciate Roberto for being a great frontdesk officer. He would patiently help us find our way around the area and amswer our queries. We like that the lobby is warm and cozy to lounge in. We also like how the hotel is located to almost everything near where we need to be And yes to the gree hot chocolate in the afternoon! It is perfect esp when you're about to go out and the weather is chilly! Really love that!

The bathroom can use more detailed cleaning coz i really can see missed dirt that could have been removed if scrubbed better. Also, there was a towel with strands of hair clinging to it. It was a shocker not to have a bidet in the toilet. I thought it is already a standard in all big hotels. Grateful for the complimentary breakfast but it could sure use some upgrading by adding a salad or a different fresh fruit to the selection. We stayed for 9 days and on the 3rd day, i was just getting coffee and an orange. But again, im grateful really just that it can really use some upgrading.

Excellent stay

Location - good, unlike the others that have a lot of homeless. Area was safe. Near to all attractions. Parking - they have secured parking on the basement, no valet. Breakfast - they have complimentary breakfast everyday. But gets packed on weekends of course. Room - has a good lighting, the a/c just doesnt stay on, its always on auto mode.

The room cleaning service is only every other day. But still, they didn't clean the room on the 2nd day. The parking lot spaces is a bit narrow, but still okay.

Our suite was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the bed was nice and comfortable! Hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see around the Seattle area and the onsite parking was a plus!

Some lighting fixtures in our room would sometimes work and sometimes not, which was frustrating. Housekeeping was every other day and they only made the bed and tidied up the bathroom; they didn't refill in-room coffee supplies or tidy up the room.

Nice clean & quiet hotel in a central location.

Great location only a few blocks from the Paramount theater and the convention center, and easy to reach from the light rail station. Good room air conditioning control. Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating to our requests. The ability to easily check our bags at the front desk before our room was ready and after check-out was a plus. Room was very quiet.

Breakfast was very crowded and the setup did not facilitate efficient flow of people getting food, drinks and utensils. Staff had a hard time keeping the food, beverages and utensils stocked due to the demand, but they did an excellent job in clean-up. Need a more extensive selection of TV channels.

Staffs and manager were friendly and helpul.
