Flat is modern and spacious. It was very clean. Location is convenient for town centre. Price is good.
Flat needs some TLC and maintenance, there were a number of things that needed fixing etc that could have been done easily/inexpensively such as loose toilet seat but weren't done by the owners. Kitchen is very poorly equipped for self catering. Not enough bed linen supplied, pillows left without pillow cases. Landlord attitude not as good as could have been. Check-in details sent very late and property wasn't ready by check-in time. Location is very noisy - by busy road with clubs, pubs playing music until late. Block smelled of marijuana and wasn't secure, a back door was repeatedly left open by residents and there were signs that post boxes had been broken into.

I did not go inside the properly so can not comment on what it was like inside. we were given a new property thankfully which was fine but the one we booked (this one) was completely unacceptable from the exterior
unsavoury characters sat on the outside steps of the property where you need to access the keys to get in taking drugs and drinking alcohol whilst shouting across the road to other people also doing the same

Location was very well situated close to the City Centre
Nothing to dislike

I got allergy crisis at the apartment as it is not clean. It smells cigarette.
For the key, I had to write to the owner so I can’t get the code. One hour and half before 16:00 and I had no code.
The apartment is very noisy. I couldn’t sleep.
I was visiting my sister in Peterborough and as I got this allergy crisis I just went spending the rest of my night at hers despite that I paid for four nights. I spent only one night there. The bed is not comfortable at all. Plus the building doesn’t feel safe!

It’s was a cheap affordable stay
The location was central but the area was unpleasant and felt unsafe.
The property was relatively clean but needs lots of repairs and maintenance, bathroom was mouldy damp and the shower has seen better days. All the walls in the flat are marked with stains and chipped need full redecoration
The communal corridors are filthy and felt not very secure

When we arrived at the location which was booked and paid for in mid June someone else was there..
There had been a change but no one let us know.
It took us a further 4 hours to get replacemenr accomodation. Stressful unnecessary upheaval which was not necessary

The apartment was clean and facilities were good. No soap or hand wash, no tea towels.
This area is not a safe location for women. The streets are scary and you would never go out at night. Even the entry to the apartment (up grotty stairs) felt unsafe. My adult daughter and I had booked for three nights but only stayed for one, preferring to forfeit the two remaining nights rather than stay in Peterborough.

Location was easy to find and close to the train station.
Firstly, I had to chase Bella Homes for the info needed in order to access the accommodation. It was a total faff that meant having to wait in the street while I called them several times. The flat itself stank of stale smoke. The sofa was so old and grubby I didn't want to sit on it. The TV remote was old and it was difficult to even change the channels. One of the wardrobe doors had been taken off and left on the floor for some reason. The location itself was in an area of town that didn't feel safe and it was EXTREMELY noisy outside and inside with lots of neighbouring flats slamming doors and smoking.

Located perfectly for access to town shopping
Mattress was minging. Collapsed on one side, covered in stains and hair. No mattress protector and no pillow protectors so you were sleep immediately on top of someone else's hair and body fluids. Pubic hair in the wash basin. Immediately left and went to a hotel. Hosts failed to reply to messages - they have just blanked me and failed to give a refund.

Clean, good value for money. Cheap and cheerful and great location. Helpful and responsive staff.
The lift wasn't working, as well as the intercom system. The stairwell and communal areas need a spruce up and a good clean.

Decor
Lift not working, shower flooding, washbasin clogging & staff not courteous!
