Nothing, I didn’t like a single thing about that place
The location is awful, there’s no parking and the staff member was very rude and couldn’t communicate, he’s a Malawian guy and can’t speak English or any vernacular

The mattress were not that comfortable

Visiting the dam and seeing animals & taking a boat for a ride.
Cold water was a challenge fo the fourth to fifth person ta wash. One of them left the premise without a shower until getting bath at home yesterday. It seems as if your geyser is too small and shared amongst the two rooms because a shower doesn't use more water.

Lenerd was awesome. Perfect place to stay. Lenerd really went out of his way to make our stay something to remember.
Bookings.com made a mistake with my booking, but the guy in charge at the venue really made an effort.

It was not what we have expected… we thought we would have a proper meal but it was coffees, tea ,milk and sugar .
Taps, empty pool, no hangers, no bathroom shampoo, poor towel quality… So simple tip of improvement is they should maintain their property very well.

Nothing, service was terrible and we lost our accommodation.
Very unprofessional service was rendered. Accommodation was fully booked,no communication from management. We still waiting for communication about being reimbursed as we had to find accommodation at last minute.

I don’t like the fact that there is no refund whenever I want to cancel

Its near animals park and near shopping centers
The place itself needs renovation for the price they charging the standard is low not quite impressive from reception. There are not cleaners no one change beds, no breakfast place is really boring. Ive travelled all the way from Northern cape payed 3k for a place like that even my place is 5 times better.

We were made to feel at home and the lodge is well located.

The service was pretty good, the staff made the stay comfortable. And they were even good enough to keep my Bluetooth speaker after I left it at the premises.
They shouldn't call it a lodge it's very misleading in all honesty. They really need look into doing some renovations at the lodge, to give them a more modern look. And they must fix their hot tub, because it was not working when we stayed there.

I felt welcomed immediately when I entered the yard, the place is quite, the only thing you can hear it's the birds singing
I wish they had an option for a shower, otherwise all was good
