En general fue muy buena. Lugar recomendable.

El lugar es sencillo pero limpio. Solo recomiendo techarlo y tener una almohada más cómoda. La ubicación es excelente y el staff muy amable.

La almohada y como llovía bastante, para llegar a la habitación era incómodo.

Sin duda NO volvería a este nefasto lugar

Ubicación

Reserve uña departamento tipo loft, al llegar me dieron una habitación sencilla por el mismo costo del loft, no me quisieron hacer ajuste del precio, fueron muy buenos para cobrar el dinero al inicio pero no para solucionar ese problema, la habitación estaba muy sencilla y no cumple con los servicios que dice, lo que separaba la habitación sencilla que me daban de la otra habitación de un lado, era una puerta la cual tenía mal puesta la chapa o cerradura y sin problema se veía hacia la otra habitación y viceversa.

Muy malo el desayuno muy poca cantidad y muy mal el sabor y la calidad de sus productos jugo de naranja de caja osea no natural y su servicio de bar malisimo

Lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación, que está a 4 calles del zócalo de la ciudad

Hay demasiado ruido de noche, la entrada está ocupado por un puesto de comida lo cual le resta buena imagen, las regaderas son muy viejas y sale poca agua y tardo mucho en salir algo tibia; la pintura en muy mal estado, los contactos de luz no sirven, muy mal lugar nada que ver con lo que se ve en imágenes

As a solo female traveler, I think more can be done to secure the room, glass-like doors that don't seem secure at all, I did feel like anyone could easily get into the room.

Nice simple hostel in the center of Puebla

Very central in Puebla and it has a kitchen.

The vibe was a little off (maybe not a lot of people at this moment) and it’s forbidden to smoke everywhere.

Would stay again.

The location was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and the place was cute. The room was very cold (could be good or bad 😂)

There was a 200peso hidden fee on arrival.. which I don't like.

Nothing!

They closed the doors at 10pm and you weren't able to get back in, like a curfew. We had to beg for a key from the guy working there, totally unacceptable! No alcohol allowed on the premises. None of these ridiculous 'rules' were mentioned before booking. Booking.com was absolutely useless when we tried to contact them to find a solution. The bathroom was disgusting and paint peeling off the walls. The toilet leaked water all over the floor.

Mostly good, just some fumigation needed

Lovely building in a great location. There were 2 little balconies with doors that could let in fresh air. The staff were lovely too.

At night the cockroaches came out and there were quite a few of them. Apart from them it was a nice stay.

Good

For the price the Hostal was okay. It was a bit difficult with getting warm water for a shower but at least it functioned. The greatest advantage was to be in the center of the city, directly by the great church. You can reach everything by feet. Busstations and even the new train to Cholula is easy reachable. Make sure you know the train Departures to the great Pyramide of Cholula. All in all it was solide.

Fantastic location of the hotel! The double room is not big, but clean and with a comfortable bed. Very clean kitchen where you can cook.
