Great location, beautiful view!

Great location in the center of Otranto, close to the beach, restaurants and the old town. Rooftop terrace with stunning sea and castle views. Excellent breakfasts in a restaurant by the sea.Georgia was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room, beautiful view, hilarious host!

This spot was amazing! Super comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace is spectacular with such a gorgeous view of the castle and the ocean. Giorgia who runs the building is a total delight! She kept us laughing every time we saw her. We love you Giorgia!!

Very central to the town , this is a lovely little studio. The lady who did the cleaning in the mornings even offered to help with laundry! So kind !!! Breakfast in the restaurant belonging to the owner was fabulous with lovely sea views

Parking in the area at the weekends was difficult , with no dedicated parking for the property

Excellent location, very clean and well kept, very helpful and nice personnel. I would stay again in this location and recommend it!

A bit noisy in the mornings when there were more clients, but on a building that old the soundproofing cannot be great.

Wonderful location, right at the edge of the walled city. Terrace with stunning view.

Wonderful location, right at the edge of the walled city. All restaurants and landmarks within walking distance. Room includes a little garden and you can access a terrace on top of the building, with stunning views on the city walls: ideal place for a coffee or a glass of wine ;o)

There's no parking and no breakfast. Sure, parking is "available" in the street (if you're lucky) and you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant in a caffetteria nearby... ...but that's not what you expect when you check the boxes "parking" and "breakfast" included when you book a place! This is playing with words and borderline fraudulent. This mislabeling is becoming a widespread issue on Booking.com listings and I'm not sure who's responsible for that: the hosts or the platform.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable and other cities and beaches are a short drive away.

Room size, bathroom and ocean view balcony were larger than expected. Location was good and a short walk to the beach and the old walled city. Host was exceptional and answered any questions.

Car parking was a challenge.

Perfect location and great rooftop! Too noisy in the morning because of the cleaning ladies.

Location and Georgia the hostess received us really well! perfect rooftop!

The cleaning lady starting really early. From 8 am you cannot sleep because of her noise!

Amazing place to stay in Otranto for multiple nights

The location is excellent! Everything in Otranto is within walking distance. We had the kitchenette room with an incredible view of the castle. Georgia (the host) is extremely nice. The free breakfast is a pass to have whatever you want at a wonderful local cafe.

There is no parking, however this is true for most of Otranto. You get a parking pass to park for free. You just have to find an available spot. This is not meant as a fault of this hotel - it’s just a fact for the area.

.Everything was amazing Room no negatives, fully equip, comfy bed, Great view from terrace where you can enjoy your coffe cause machine is upstairs. Owner so kind sweet and funny. She let us stay till lunch cause We wanted to hit the beach, and the free breakfast in martinucci damn that was deliscious. ✌🏻 10 from 10. Definately will come back.

No negatives. Everything was good. Even parking.

Exceptional

Super warm and friendly signora Georgia welcomed us to the beautiful apartment located on the edge of old town overlooking the old city walls. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed and equipped with every possible comfort for the holiday. The excellent breakfast was at a cake shop called Martinucci just a few minute walk away and it had all the possible varieties of delicious local sweet freshly made at the shop and there were even different types of panini to choose from and services were excellent. The WiFi, the parking the location were all good. It was very quiet and tranquil and you could sit on the balcony or the roof top terrace watching the sun go down and rise again. All in all very satisfied with our stay in the B&B apartment and the beautiful Otranto.

The room was big, nice and super clean in fantastic location. The hosts were exceptionally kind and available for every service and help. They provided us with a parking permit, so we parked free of charge all over the place. Breakfast was very good. The place to be recommended in every sense.

Quite nice

A modern, quite new, centrally-located premises with multiple rental apartments. Very clean, managed by friendly helpful staff.

Not easy to find and park but the host (once we had found each other) helped. We were sent for a breakfast some 500 meters to a restaurant at a street level (never saw the roof terrace with the views of the city as advertised in the listing).
