Die Lager war o.k.

Zimmer war äusserst klein für zwei Personen. Hellhörig. Frühstückkonzept minimalistisch, nicht italostyle.

Lage war gut, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, Parken vor der Tür

Zimmer extrem klein, Balkon nicht wie bei Buchung abgebildet! Wir haben 242,-für 2Nächte bezahlt und anschließend war eine Nacht für 94,- bzw. 104,- zu haben. Das ist nicht ok! Das Frühstück wurde uns aufs Zimmer serviert, obwohl lt. Fotos eine Dachterrasse vorhanden ist.

Molto bello l'arredamento del monolocale. Pulizia eccellente! Sicuramente nel periodo estivo la posizione è privilegiata in quanto, l'appartamento, è situato a pochi metri dal mare. Personale molto professionale.

Ci aspettavamo una vasca idromassaggio un pochino più grande ma ci siamo adattati.

Magnifique !

Je recommande vivement ! Bonne localisation pour découvrir la ville, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Place de parking sur la même rue. Excellent petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Copieux et varié (œufs, fromage, charcuterie, viennoiseries, gâteaux fait maison, boisson chaude, yaourts et céréales).

Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

The property was in an amazing position right near the beach. Antonio was so accommodating and allowed us early access to our room. A really tiny room with a large balcony. The breakfast was outstanding.

Super Lage, tolle und geschmackvolle Zimmerausstattung! Morgens gleich zum Schwimmen, danach das leckere Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Antonio kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste, man fühlt sich rundum wohl!

Camera molto deludente, terrazze comuni molto gradevoli

Le terrazze delle aree comuni sono molto belle e ampie e sono gradevolmente ammobiliate La signora Roberta è eccezionale. La colazione è sufficientemente varia anche se non di altissima qualità.

Purtroppo molte cose. Prima di tutto il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto basso. Il prezzo di €110 a camera dal 10 settembre per una mini camera con mini bagno senza bidet con diversi problemi di manutenzione, senza armadio, alla periferia di Otranto, al secondo piano senza ascensore con scale ripidissime, con una vista mare parziale, è davvero troppo.

Best place to stay in Otranto

Beautiful location with amazing views. Very close to historic centre and the city centre. All walking distance. The area was beautiful. Would definitely stay in this B&B again. It was perfect. The staff were so lovely. Felt really taken care of. The owner gave a lot of recommendations of places to go and eat.

Superb apartment in superb location with quality service and in a beautiful city. service and comfort.

Superb shower and bathroom. Spacious with several private terraces to use with views. Five minutes walk fro a lovely beach for swimming. Spectacular 20 min walk into the old town. Great welcome from Antonio and superb breakfast service from Roberta. I cannot fault it and recommend it highly.

Minor issue- hand rails for the 2 flights of steps to the rooms would be a good idea

Not to be missed for its strategic location, cleanness and friendly staff.

Amazing sea view from room and top floor terrace. Seaside just across the street with two fully equipped facilities. Room super clean and functional. Breakfast with fresh homemade products, tasty and delicious. Communication with owner was extremely smooth. Immediately responsive and really helpful when it came to agreeing in an earlier check in time. Staff super nice and helpful. Within walking distance from town center. Definitely recommend the property if you want to enjoy great seaside, beaches, crystal waters and peace of mind.

The location was awesome! so close to the beach and an amazing view from the upstairs roof balcony every morning for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was perfect for me and my wife. We had a nice short walk to the downtown area (about 10-15 minutes) and we loved being away from the downtown so it was quiet and peaceful at night and yet as I said a short walk to many restaurants and shops and unique little stores in this town. I was so impressed! I had no idea Otranto was so beautiful and had so many cute stores and places to go that were all open til 12/1am almost every night. Even 2am on the weekends I was told. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Thank you to Antonio and Roberta for being incredible hosts. We had the most memorable stay for 3 nights here. Such clean rooms with stunning ocean view and a delicious breakfast each morning. Roberta cooked the eggs fresh every morning with a cappuccino, delicioso! 10 minute walk to the main area of Otranto and right across the road from the beach. We even had flight delays before our arrival and Antonio was so understanding, allowing us to check in at 10:30pm. Could not recommend this place enough!

amazing location, room is quite modern and equipped with the necessary. the view over the ocean from our balcony was amazing too but what’s really the personal highlight for me was the proximity to the beach, city Center and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace! absolutely amazing, will definitely want to come back here! Amazing service and views!

One of the best locations to stay in. Host was awesome and helpful. One of the best breakfasts in an Italian BnB. Huge Balcony and an amazing view of the sea. Nice beach to swim is just across the road and the historic city center is well within walking distance.

Room had a balcony with an amazing view on the sea. It was just great! Beds are super comfortable. Delicious breakfast served on a terrace (we were here in February but it was glazed so still perfect views 😊) few minutes walk to the center, during which you can enjoy beautiful bay and city landscape. Very helpful and caring hosts. I can highly recommend!

There's a nice view from the apartment, which is only 10 minutes walking from the centre, so the location is great. Parking is free in front of the apartment. Our host Antonio was nice and very helpful. The apartment is nicely refurbished and tastefully furnished.

The bed was way too soft and wasn't comfortable at all. The fridge in the room was too loud so it was hard to sleep. The breakfast was included in the price, we got a coupon that was valid in a cafe nearby, but only one drink and a croissant was included which was a kind of a disappointment. But the view from the cafe to the Otranto bay was spectacular.

Nice view on the sea, nice balconies For breakfast, they give you tickets for a bar with a really nice view on the beach

Pictures are a bit deceitful: all the rooms don’t have the bath in it, one of the room is quite small and the pictures just show the details so you don’t realize it in advance - The pictures show a rooftop with lots of tables and chairs: there was nothing - Bed is not super comfy - A bit expensive (compared to what you can find in Puglia) - 10 minute walk to the center

property was very clean and looked nice

None of the keys locked the door we ended up placing a chair under it, fridge never got cold but the night was cold & room was freezing as the room heater never warmed the place up. The walls are very thin and evening nighttime traffic was loud. In the am expect to be woken with other units pulling up the roll up metal window blinds - this is extremely loud.(This is in an apartment complex) However, our biggest issue was the room was listed as having WiFi and a washing machine which we needed to use. It had neither and when we asked about WiFi we were told “It is not available here.” We chose this particular place due to the washer and WiFi listings. We didn’t feel the $ was worth the tiny room although the place was very clean. Breakfast is about a 4 min walk from the apartment. It was lovely.

Modern, clean accomodation next to the beach and only 10 min walking from the city center. Breakfast was outside in a small café with sea view. Nice cappuccino and croissant :)

Wifi didn't work at all :(( It was so cold in the room, the air conditioner couldn't heat the place enough, we were freezing. Smell of cigarette (somebody on the top floor was smoking :((( We tried to contact the owner because of the check in, but the answer came very late.

Super great 0lace! Modern, clean, next to.the beach and only 10 min walking from the city center. I recommend. And even if you have to have breakfast outside definetly worth it as it is a small café with sea view. Top
