Great stay in Phuket

The staff were absolutely fabulous, so helpful and friendly. The historic hotel was well located ,within easy walking distsnce to the old town shopping centers, food stalls, yummy dimsum restaurant and money changers.

The slippery paths during the wet season - tested my balance !!

Beautiful & Boutique

A genuine boutique hotel, full of charm & style. The building itself exudes history & style from a bygone era. Beautifully appointed rooms, very helpful & professional staff. Fantastic place, can highly recommend.

Family holiday with two kids! All good!! 15 min from the pier to go to Phi Phi Island!

Great staff!! The Sunday market is on the street right outside and on the parallel street. Perfect location! When we are back to Phuket Town this is the place! There is also a great Mexican restaurant “Amore” close to the hotel! Go try their fish tacos! The location of this hotel can not be better!

Nice boutique hotel

Location is great in the central of old town, close to Museum Phuket and other heritage shop houses. Staffs are great.

Room was a bit damp and stuffy, ventilation was not great, especially bathroom.

Lovely hotel full of character in a great location with very helpful staff.

Great central location, beautiful building. Room was comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Whilst my room was fairly quiet due to nature of floorboards and room locations you do still hear other guests walking past.

Would definitely stay again.

Fantastically decorated - its beautiful. We really enjoyed our room with the small terrace/balcony. The room and surrounding hotel were great. The location was also perfect for what we wanted. Staff helped to book tacit to the airport.

Room not ready at 2pm - short wait. Old building so you need to accept that there will be no lift for bags and you will hear creaking floorboards above.

I loved this little hotel.

The history and ambience of this beautifully presented quaint hotel is so appealing and it’s location in the heart of the old town can’t be beaten plus its little cafe serves great coffee.

The hotel doesn’t have any additional facilities such as a pool, gym or restaurant. but you are aware of that when you book. But it is surrounded by cafes, ice creameries and numerous restaurants and spas.

it was right in the middle of the old town. Very secure and the staff were nice. complimentary soda and water and water everyday. clean and comfortable no complaints at all.

The hotel is beautiful, and some complimentary snacks are available - that was really good. Staff polite.

Glas Bottles of water in the room are not allowed to take with you, just to drink water. I did not know that, I took the bottle with me, and the receptionist checked the room - was running on the street behind me to get the bottles. It was just funny. Generally the place is really good!

I think is my 7th time staying at this hotel . it’s from far my favourite place in the world . is a jump in the past , like living in a museum … is definitely a worthy experience

TV should be replaced , as they don’t get good signal and too much distortion in the volume and reception

the property is exceptional, really well renovated, with lots and lots of charm

breakfast offerings were basic and a bit disappointing. but the cafe next door had fresh coffee so it wasn’t too much a problem

The location is centrally located in old Phuket town close to most things or a quick 10 - 15 minute car ride.

Unfortunately, the hotel lobby flooded while we were staying there, during monsoon season. Not the fault of any of the staff. They were very helpful. Even helped us with our bags early in the morning.

Oldest Hotel in Phuket: A double edged sword

Great location with numerous restaurants and attractions in the area. Complimentary beverages were nice.

Hotel upkeep is a bit neglected. For example, the fountains spill over onto the path to the room, making it easy to slip.
