It was in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions.
Our room was at the very top, 4th floor and there wasn’t an elevator. Challenging to lug your luggage up all those stairs.

A beautiful little hotel that was far nicer than the price tag would indicate! Comfortable bed and pillows, spotless bathroom, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Looking forward to returning!
It was all good!

Very kind staff. Good housekeeping. Air conditioning in heat wave. Quiet residential atmosphere.Good central location.Pretty building.
Breakfast ok but too expensive compared with cafes in neighbourhood, so we went out most days.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect.
The room was quite small. We already knew that and it wasn’t a problem but for anyone with a big luggage, please take the small room size into account.

Location was excellent. We walked everywhere.
We had night party noise outside all night long on one of our nights. Finally at 5:00 am I went down to ask reception about how to stop the yelling. He said there was nothing that could be done.

The location is excellent although extremely difficult for parking.
We booked the booking.com taxi service to pick us up at the airport and although the flight was early the booking.com taxi service was totally unacceptable. The driver did not come into the booking hall to look for us and waited 60 metres away and then left. I have a complaint issued to the taxi service which is not going well and if it is not resolved I will be seriously considering my business with booking.com which both myself and partner spend thousands of pounds with.

a delightfully pretty hotel very conveniently located
the single room was really quite tiny and the stairs not for people with large suitcases

Great location.
The bathroom receptacle for electric did not work. Also there were noisy evenings within the hotel outside of the room.

The location is only a few short blocks from the old town, Cours Mirabeau, and wonderful shopping and food. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
We were in the family room on the first floor, eye level to the street. Very noisy unless windows shut tight, and not private unless curtains are drawn.

Excellent location- 2 mins from Centre Ville (shops/cafés/restaurants & 7 mins in other dir. from Gare SNCF & Routière. Room comfortable though small (no.21) and very quiet. Staff very friendly & welcoming and on duty 24/7.
Petit déjeuner s/serve and not good value (€15) when vast choice 2 mins away for much less.
Concierge at Reception failed to ask for my cred card on arrival so on departure hotel thought we had not paid (we had!). Took 5/10 mins to resolve and we had train to catch! Not good…..

Thé location was perfect : central and close to all the sights and shops/restaurants
The single room: indicated as 10m2, it was actually tiny - the room door could only open partially as the end of the bed was in the way, so you could hear every guest going to their room on the stairs just outside. The shape was irregular, with lots of angles, the wall was dirty (no room to pass with luggage) and the angle fitting was hanging off. It felt like sleeping in a cupboard.

The room was small.

The room was very small but had a beautiful typical Aix window, lovely amenities in bath and a fabulous bed with high quality linens.
We were the last arriving for breakfast so they had to replenish as we waited but that was ok. It was worth the wait!

It has real charm. As a place and in its location.
The morning coffee was served rather cold.

wonderful location & beautiful building
breakfast not very varied - room very compact
9.0
Great location, lovely building, friendly and helpful staff, and a spacious room with nice high ceilings.
We had a triple room which was nice for the space, but it turned out to be right at street level - which means right on the street. Although noise was not a really big issue as the neighborhood seems pretty quiet, it was darker and did not have any feeling of privacy if that is important to you.
8.0
The room was cozy and the location is perfect, a few meters away from the city center and in a nice and chill neighborhood, the staff was very attentive and nice
The fact they say they have a parking and do not it's a few kilometers away, but we were lucky to park it in the street right below the hotel, but it was pure luck. Having to go up the stairs with the suitcase and now elevator was also a bit too much.

Room and bathroom very small. Very noisy
