Located on Keuka’s only natural beach just below the bluff, this brand-new cottage was built to replace the 104-year-old predecessor that was in our family since its initial construction.
Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country, and centered on the east side of Keuka, our cottage is perfectly positioned for exploring the wineries, distilleries, and craft breweries of both Keuka and Seneca Lakes.
We are within comfortable walking distance to 4 wineries, including Ravines, which is consistently one of the highest rated wineries in the region and has featured frequently in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 List.
You will also find great hiking trails for an afternoon wander and plenty of options for bicycling, kayaking, and other watersports nearby. Other attractions within a short drive include the Curtiss Air Museum, the Bath Fish Hatchery (feed the baby trout and a hit with kids!), and the Corning Glass museum.
The cottage faces west on the gently sloping Crystal Beach, making it a perfect spot for swimming or sitting on the end of the large dock (or one of the two decks!) enjoying the spectacular scenery and sunsets.

Fully furnished, air-conditioned and heated, and with high-speed WiFi, the cottage has a chef-ready kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, large refrigerator, custom maple cabinetry, and granite countertops. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and stunning woodwork make for an inviting experience that also caters well to both large and small groups. The two story lake side deck provides ample outdoor space for lounging and enjoying the views rain or shine.
The cottage has two lake-facing master bedrooms with deck access, one on each floor, with unobstructed views of the lake. The top floor master has a spa-like ensuite bathroom for privacy.
At the top of the stairs there is an open loft area with comfortable seating and a fireplace - perfect for hanging out and accessing the top floor deck.
The living area has a flatscreen HD TV with plenty of seating, an extensive DVD movie selection, and patio access leading down to the beach and dock. Feel free to use the rowboat and canoe! Lifejackets and paddles are provided.
Besides the decks on the lake side, there is a back deck with a large gas grille overlooking the yard and parking area, where you can fit up to 3 cars and a boat trailer.
The cottage is secured via an electronic lock with a unique renter-selected code so you never have to worry about losing or returning keys! The code is activated on check-in and expires on check-out.
Cooking utensils, dishware, tableware, and linens for 8 are provided. The washer/dryer can be found in the ground floor utility room, along with any cleaning supplies you may need.

This is a rare find on the lake. Equidistance from Penn Yan and Hammondsport, at the widest part of the lake, and in a cove. The house is new, modern and bright. There is enough parking for 3 cars and the dock is new too. The hosts are quick to respond.

Our stay at Flora on Crystal Beach was the most perfect lake vacation our family ever experienced. The house itself, as well as being beautiful, offers every comfort. The hosts thought of every need when furnishing the rooms.
The kitchen was impressive with every utensil and convenience you could ask for. The bathrooms featured stunningly designed showers with all the amenities of any 5 star hotel. The first floor bathroom was equipped with grab bars on both the toilet and in the shower, making it handicap accessible.
The outdoor spaces were especially appealing, our favorite being the beautiful covered porch overlooking the lake. In addition to a beautiful seating area, it also featured a dining table with seating for a party of 6-8. We enjoyed every meal on that porch.
And lastly, the spot on Keuka Lake is spectacular. The walk-in shale beach into crystal clear water is shallow enough for small kids, and at the end of the beautiful dock, is deep enough for a boat or jet-ski.
Our grandkids cried the day we left. We have already booked for next year, and if the hosts allow us, we hope to return every year. This one is a keeper!

Beautiful home, fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking meals, a lot of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, nice sized dock for swimming, fishing, and docking a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, and puzzles. Great location for lake, bluff, and sunset views. Short ride by boat, car, or foot to wineries and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at Flora’s for our small family reunion.
Beautiful, clean, well laid out house in a quiet neighborhood. Many comfortable sitting areas inside and out. New paver stones and trex decking on the dock made for smooth house and dock access. Well outfitted kitchen. Lots of other supplies like puzzles, toys, boating equipment, toiletries. Location was great for neighborhood walks and looking westward to the fall colors on the other side of the lake. We’d like to come back and try out the boats and swimming since it was too cool during our visit. Owner replied promptly to our inquiries before our trip. An enjoyable and comfortable rental home experience!
We got to see the Milky Way while sitting out on the dock. Not something we can see at home.

We chose Flora because it was the right size and location for our girlfriends’ weekend. We could not have been happier with our choice and hope to be back again in a year or two. Unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of the decks, watercraft or beautiful dock due to the weather but we did enjoy sitting around the huge table laughing and reminiscing.
The host was quick to answer any questions we had.

The property is fabulous and has everything you need provided. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, the kayaks, bonfire and s’mores at night, and several local spots within walking distance. I highly recommend and would stay again.

My friends and I stayed during our trip to run the Wine Glass Half Marathon and this was by far our favorite house and favorite location on the lake. We can't wait to book again next year! Thank you for having us!

My family and I have stayed at this lovely home two summers in a row. There are multiple areas for sitting both inside and out. The Lake view is wonderful and we swam and kayaked most days. Bring extra towels but otherwise all is supplied by our host.

Everything was as advertised! We absolutely loved our week at Flora! The location is perfect. The house is very clean. Parking is easy, no stairs to the house or lake from the road! We loved our stay and have already booked for next year!

This property had everything. Ample parking. A great layout with tons of space and a large updated kitchen. The bathrooms with walk in showers were a nice surprise.
The back porch, fire pit, and newer dock were everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the various row boats and kayaks left for us.

This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the lake. There are very few stairs compared to other Keuka lake properties which really helped my mother with mobility issues enjoy time with her grandkids. The outdoor space is beautiful and functional with a good amount of shade. There is ample parking. We really enjoyed our time at Flora's place.

We had a wonderful stay at Flora. The home is well appointed, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The owners paid attention to detail when designing this home and have gone out of their way to provide many great amenities. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the lake. The sunsets were amazing! We also enjoyed the small watercraft and the fire pit. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you need for easy meal preparation. We are truly lucky to have found such a gem in a great location at Keuka lake. The owners are also very responsive and caring which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this wonderful place and would definitely return for another stay.

Great cottage. Good use of space and upper master bedroom is quiet and set off from the rest of the house. Kitchen is completely kitted out. The only think I couldn’t find was a power strip for electronics. Highly recommended!

The lake house was beautiful. The place was immaculate with very comfortable furnishings. We were a group of 8 with 2 families of 4. The kids slept in the room with the bunk beds and had a blast. The house was well stocked and the location was fantastic for checking out the wineries. Our kids fished right off the dock and caught tons of fish. Went kayaking right on the lake so serene and beautiful. Wish we would have had more time. Would definitely rent this place again!! Thank you again!!

This was one of the top rentals we have stayed at, was so clean and comfortable for the five adults. Mark was very easy to communicate with. The layout worked so well for all of us. Beautiful sunsets all 3 nights, visits to favorite wineries, brewery, distillery and even Watkins Glen State Park. We didn't get to kayak as the lake was too windy from leftovers from Hurricane Ian but no rain at all. A perfect location, beautiful house and views. We hope to be back!

Everything about this property was wonderful and stress-free. We tied up our rental boat to the beautiful dock, enjoyed the porches and Adirondack chairs, swam every day and explored the local wineries and restaurants. The kitchen had everything a family of cooks needed and the appliances were excellent. We were sorry to leave and hope to return!

When we arrived, we were greeted with welcome gifts of coffee and wine. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and visiting vineyards in the area. The house was bright and comfortable and was equipped with whatever might be needed for cooking; I even baked bread! We had a wonderful time.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Flora on Crystal Beach. The house was clean and it seem to have everything that was needed for the week. My husband fished every day from the dock. The sunsets were great,

We could not have enjoyed our time at this house more. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and the outdoor area was perfectly well kept. The dock was really great for our boat and to sit and watch the sunset. We definitely hope to be back!

Beautiful Location, Beautiful House, Great communication with Manager. Only complaint is there were some issues that arose with maintenance of the Lake House that we had to deal with, with no compensation or relief of any sort.

A wonderful place for a wonderful week
Great house, well appointed, small but with a layout that worked perfectly for our group of 7. Dock and outside area have been updated since the photos were taken and is even nicer now with a patio area near the firepit and a new dock with mooring whips if you have a boat. Owner is friendly and responsive. Sunset views are to die for. Keuka is a great lake!

Flora on Keuka Lake met all of our vacation needs and surpassed our expectations. We loved being able to walk right outside and go swimming, sit on the dock, canoe, and kayak. Not even the rain dampened our spirits, there was so much to do.
The house is beautiful. We loved the great room and the choice of the table, island, or outside to eat. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing.

Perfect place for our family
Flora on Keuka Lake met all of our vacation needs and surpassed our expectations. We loved being able to walk right outside and go swimming, sit on the dock, canoe, and kayak. Not even the rain dampened our spirits, there was so much to do.

This is a beautiful home. The layout of the house is open with simple and stylish furnishings. The art is a really sweet personal touch. The outside space is wonderful with well maintained deck, porch and yard. We had a wonderful stay and made a lot of family memories.
