if you like all inclusive & buffet food & it fits the bill. Lovely adult only pool. Smelly drains!

Adults only pool and pool bar/cafe area were good. Rooms were lovey with good blinds, air con and fan and very nice bathroom, beds and veranda. Breakfast good but understaffed. The staff were all overly at restaurants etc but reception a bit disorganised. All inclusive drinks had a good selection.

The smell by the adults only pool of sewers was horrible. I did mention it to the manager but it didn’t get resolved. The evening bar area and dining room was not great. Lacked atmosphere. Entertainment not for me but no alternative area. Buffet dining not for me and again no alternative. Whole thing really just tagged on to the rest of the hotel. Evening bar area lacking atmosphere.

Elba x3 nights

Easy check in. Able to use a Hospitality Room (with shower) to change in whilst room was being prepared. Went All Inclusive - enough choice of food and drink in the main adults restaurant, free 2L water in the room daily, breakfast was great and the pool snack bar was good enough too. Had a Junior Suite which had ample space, helpful TV channels to catch up on news, desk, USB sockets and a really good shower. Outside space was pretty, and large. WiFi strong enough to hold a couple of MS Teams calls, only a little jittery. Staff were helpful and polite - able to assist with taxis. Short walk to the beach.

Odd smell around the adults pool and adults area. Outside space was great but depending on which way your terrace is configured, you might not get any decent sun (due to the lovely leafy trees). Adults pool area was quite small - dreaded towels put down on loungers, which staff didn't remove. The music wasn't in keeping either. Perhaps there could be another terrace near the pool with comfy chairs? Be warned, if you are very keen on 'adults only' the adults bit is attached to the main hotel, so you'll still need to fend off families etc. when dining and going to reception.

very disappointed - for money spent we have stayed at 5 star and this was average

thalasso spa lovely and nice pool

we paid over 300 on 1st January for what felt like a premier inn, it wasn’t premium, food was raw in the buffet restaurant so we ate out even though half board. rooms are comfortable but it isn’t luxury or premium

staff were very friendly and polite, everywhere was kept very clean, food was good.

evening entertainment in the stage area is not set out friendly for groups. its more like being in a cinema. would be better to have groups of tables than rows of seats.

Relaxing short break, fabulous Hotel.

The adult areas were excellent and very quiet away from the main hotel. The adult lounge and Resturant was very relaxing.

More choice if having salad at lunchtime. Lacking coleslaw, no cold Tuna/fish etc. lacking choice of sauces only Mayonnaise. Made my salad very dry. Needs to be improved.

Very nice mini vacation in a great location.

The facility was very nice and well appointed with great ambiance. We were overall treated very well.

One bartender was rude multiple times and when he didn’t want to make a drink he would mock the customers. It was off putting.

Nice find in Lanzarote

The suite was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Adult pool area was very relaxing. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location as we enjoyed hopping on scooters to go down to the beach.

That the adult restaurant wasn't open during lunchtime for the buffet service. Could there be a bigger variety of entertainment? Whilst we were there it was very similar solo singers every night.

Amazing hotel shame no spa services available

Staff are very helpful food was great. Pools are amazing and well kept and near everything you need. Shop could offer more but in whole a great hotel.

No steam room working,unable to book anything in the spa treatment nobody available as was fully booked up wish I’d n own in advance would have booked prior to my stay. I was offered a day after I went home which wasn’t helpful obviously. Then they added me to a long waiting list which seemed pointless! This was the only negative about my whole experience.

Fantastic

The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay as good as it was. The adults only eating and relaxing/ swimming areas were so chilled and calm.

The two single beds rather than a double bed weren’t ideal but everything else was perfect.
